I would like to hear some opinions on this topic.... you are having a session and you feel a nice feeling (could be most anything) maybe you have felt this before and maybe it's a new feeling?
My question is:
1. Do you ignore it, maybe suppress it and push it back
2. Do you acknowledge it, keep your mind aware of it but do nothing to encourage it but keep it present in your mind
3. Do you go after it and do everything in your power to fan the flames
I don't suppose there is a right or wrong here but just curious? For me I would go with number 2
If it's a passing feeling I try to think nothing of it. I don't try to reproduce it or think what it was or where it came from. If I notice myself thinking any of these thoughts I just let them be without lingering on it. It's in the past so there is no use to bring it into the present.
When a feeling is ongoing, like when my dick gets hard or something, I tend to notice this and try not to get involved much. It's nice but it doesn't matter if it goes soft again or if it touches the sheets or throbs or whatever. I just try to enjoy how good it feels and want it to remain a feeling that I experience and not turn it into a thought process where I ask questions or label this is a good or a bad thing. It's just something that is happening in this moment and all thinking can do will just pull me out of it.
Basking in the glory of whatever it is that I'm feeling is what I try no matter how small or big. Even stuff like a shiver, my body turning cold or feeling a slight wind, maybe a feeling of peace or joy are nice things to experience and can pull me into the current moment. Even if it seems unrelated to what I am doing, like hearing music, smelling something (incense).
I think I can heighten my senses, all of them, by being very aware of being. I become hyper-focused where even the smallest thing can pull me out of it. This is very different from regular masturbation where I feel that I have horse blinders on. That's more of a tunnel-like focus.
As for action: my body moving, breath or touch. Everything is allowed as long as it doesn't come from thought (ideally). Forcing something is not wrong though and I often try stuff for the hell of it but I still think this is different from your option 3, where you are fanning the flames. Some gentle blowing into the fire to get it started or to spread it out is fine in my book. If you were to barbecue a piece of meat you need the coals to burn nice and evenly. Making a massive bonfire out of it will just burn everything. It's a manic kind of fun but short-lived.
So I vote for option 2 😛
No 4 Just enjoy the pleasure and feeling that you recieve from your session, don’t think about them too much or where they may lead. Just enjoy each moment as it passes.
Your session creates a reality, just exist in that reality.

I agree with you but when you feel something it's hard not to become aware of it or focus on it.
You do be aware, you just enjoy it as it’s happening, don’t get drawn into thinking “this is good,I will orgasm soon”, “I must keep doing this or I won’t orgasm”,just enjoy whatever comes as it comes, relaxation is the key. Good luck.
