I'm a bit disappointed today coz I had a wet dream, so I need to build up more...."energy". But when I am ready, any advice given in this thread will be appreciated.
This week, I had a session, thought it was going nowhere, leaned over for a sip of beer, went back to my laying on back/knees bent/feet flat on bed position, and suddenly I got hit by involuntaries. They were great, but I didn't know how to keep them going? Light contraction? Hard? 100% loosen? Or constantly calibrate your rectal/anal/PC clench?
I didn't want them to end. I felt on the brink of something good, but they faded.
Dammit.
