So my first time is happening as soon as my Aneros, what muscle do you use to move the device for pleasure?

Can you tell when it's on Auto Pilot?

I watch the 19 year old and his peni* came back like after you pee, the last drop.

Any secrets you have?

"And is it possible to not be able to stop?" Yes it is possible not to stop? ? !

Aneros works with BPH. Perhaps start with a mid size one. Some find that inserted an Aneros make normal orgasms more intense. There are many other emotional, health and sexual benefits. The larger Aneros is known help a number of folk where the BPH slows urination that can occur later in life. I am not sure what you saw - but it was probably not the norm.
Some female partners react badly to Aneros use.
Aneros is not an instant orgasm tool. The super 'o' is elusive.

Thoughts:
Most females extrapolate their physiology onto males. With the exception that the penis = vagina.
Many do not understand that the situation of the prostate is different in a male (no vagina).
Many males find the best initial approach is from prostate health, e.g. males face serious consequences of not caring for it and the pelvic floor muscles. I find that using an Aneros solves my 'wee' restriction and a lot of discomfort. My wife wants me to care for myself because she wants me around and healthy. She still does not comprehend but is happy, if I am happy.
I think to focus on the sexual enjoyment side would be to 'shoot yourself in the foot'.
There a a number of threads dedicated to your question.

Is the religion a significant obstacle?

You don't say which religion, but I imagine a Christian is more readily unsettled by nonstandard sexual practices. Perhaps I'm playing to stereotypes when I say that.

I've wondered about the Christian perspective on prostate orgasm. Or any Abrahamic traditions' perspectives, for that matter. It includes aspects of masturbation and sodomy, but doesn't neatly fit into either category.

Is the prostate orgasm, or even attempting to have one, condemned at all?

Paraphrasing the predominant Catholic views I've found in casual research: within a man-woman marriage, pretty much any sexual act is permitted so long as it doesn't subvert intimacy and procreation.

Well that's dull. I hoped for deeper conflict.

So if your wife can get into it with you, and it's part of foreplay that leads to coitus, a religious objection to prostate massage would evaporate. Seems the major remaining obstacle would be predicting your wife's squeamishness. Many forum members have experience there, with both good and bad outcomes.

I don't think you'll want to use this device in the bathroom. Not very comfortable. I usually use it in our bedroom when my wife is downstairs watching a movie, or not home. She is fine with it, but I spare her exposure to my private time, and the accompanying bodily responses.
