So there is a ton of stuff on here about relaxing, what positions to to be try, technics and a lot of other stuff. It's all great. What I dont see to much is what happens or is happening to me after my sessions. I have noticed that it dosent have to be a great session, dull session, long or short. I am going to try and see if I can take notes and maybe pinpoint if a type of session leads to this more and I will report back.
What I have been noticing is that after a session I take a little relax and recoupe time to let things kinda come back to normal. I usually do this with my aneros still in. Sometimes I do take it out and than just lay there for a bit. I than go to the bathroom to empty out any lube still up in there. What I have noticed is that there is this urge that in have to push out the biggest shit. Like its stuck and wont come out. Sometimes theres so much pressure from this that it feels like my ass is going to prolapse ( if you dont know, this is where the inside of your ass is pushed out and no hanging out of you. This pressure is not from me trying to force it out. It's a natural feeling of having to expel but with a plot more integral pressure to get wants in there out. It dosent hurt. It's a little uncomfortable. I guess it's a little scary wondering if your hurting things and that's causing the pressure. I mean who wants to push there asshole inside out. I do get streams of lube to slide out. Sometimes its thick and a little milky. Sometimes theres that brown stuff you know what that is.
the feelings dont stay there they will subside after a few waves of the pressure. Usually I end up sitting on the toilet for about 5 mins with a few waves of pressure that come over me and than they are gone and I'm on my way. I'm just wondering is this normal to others also? Is anyone else experiencing this or anything like it? Is this maybe a sign that one had a good session. I have had the feelings during a session that just pushed out the toy and the sessions where I had to take out the toy and run to shit. Sometimes nothing came out but lube and Other times i was still full from an improper cleaning out or just from the lube loosening everything in there up. Like I said this new feeling is after a session and usually after the toy is already removed. I usually use about 7ml of lube ( water or silicone based depending on what toy ) and maybe a light coating of shea butter. Of course I do lose some during the session. Sometimes I reinsert about 3 to 5 ml depending on if I'm feeling dry inside or the toy is not moving well. I dont ever really know how much I lose and when i go to bathroom after there have been all different volumes of lube that have come out. Sometime alot sometimes not much. Where I am going with that is that I dont think it has to do with using to much lube. Any thoughts or comments?

A couple of issues come to mind regarding your reaction during or post session. First, just natural peristalsis due to the presence of a foreign object in the rectum. The rectum is normally an empty collapsed tube but when fecal material moves past Hirsch's sphincter (where the sigmoid colon transitions into the rectum) the rectal muscles may be triggered into contractions (peristalsis). Second, your lubrication may contain certain chemicals which may be causing an allergic reaction or inducing the onset of peristalsis as well. Typically glycerine, often found in commercial lubrications, can induce this peristalsis, the dreaded 'urge to purge' laxative effect, perhaps this is part of your problem. Third, (I hope this isn't the case) you may have an undiagnosed medical condition or physical anomaly which is causing the severe rectal reactions.

Whatever the cause(s) for your condition I hope you can achieve a rapid resolution and get on with your journey with pleasure.
Good Vibes to You !

Thanks rummel. For lube I usually use astroglide water based. I have found that from the lubes that I have tried. that seems to feel and work the best for me. I have not tried alot of different lubes but a few different ones. Some do give me that feeling that I have to purge, or that allergic reaction your mentioning. I think we have chatted about that before. As for your thinking there maybe being an undiagnosed medical condition. I was just to the urologist a few weeks ago and got the finger for the first time. (Well from the doctor and not for the pleasure purposes we are used to). I'm 41. He just wanted to take a look or a feel around. He said everything was great and that I had nice small prostate of a 30 yr old. I never talked with him about aneros or prostate play. I have another visit with him in a few months for tying the knot in the ball sacs I will bring it up to him than and get his take. Also since I did notice one other small issue since I have started using aneros devices. It seems that when I have to take a piss it's getting harder and harder to hold it. That could be me getting older and nothing to do with the aneros other than just a coincidence. Just throwing it out there.

I’m 40 so It may be age..or sometimes the Aneros can stimulate the bladder too,I’ve had sessions where I’ve had to get up to have a leak, and when I say a leak, like a litre ;).Best bet is to have a leak right before your session.

Lmao. No I meant just in general. At work or around town anywhere. Trying to hold it till I get to a bathroom is getting harder and harder. Was thinking maybe do to aneros use and not getting older.
