When using my helix or exercising my PC-muscle without the Aneros, I can feel my prostate very well. Especially with the aneros, I get a feeling of pressure and hitting a very sensible spot, but its also quite comfortable.
The problem I have is: This feeling is not one of horniness. You can't compare it to the feelings when you stroke your dick. So when I concentrate on my prostate, I feel the stimulation very well. But there is some feeling I inevitably must miss! 😯
So my question is: What feeling, other than the pressure on the prostate, do I have to concentrate on? I also noticed that breathing in when contracting the PC-muscle and doing the Push-out movement (like on toilet) boosts the pressure feeling. So the stimulation from a anatomical point of view must be right in some way.. any suggestions??

Beachboy, it is a different feeling and you get 'there' a different way. Drop any preconceived notions and expectations. Super O's and pleasure with the Aneros are not just a destination like a normal ejaculatory orgasm. The trip or 'ride' is VERY important. It is through 'riding along' and indulging in these new sensations over time that our body will continually reach higher and higher levels of arousal during a session. This eventually culminates in phases known by most as Super O's but these don't just come, and end they often continue on to another higher plain. You can work this and work this until you are just worn out.
So, it is a more passive mode you should be in, but you should be aware of the feelings in your body...all over (not just your prostate) that will take you higher. Allow yourself to 'follow' the sensations where they lead. Eventually you will find yourself quite overwhelmed.
Make sure you douche to clean out yourself after having all bowel movements and urination. Then use plenty of water based lube. I typically use 2 syringes injected inside the rectum, and then also lube the Aneros.
PS: Let me add that I typically don't use the 'push out' movement. I will contract the opening to my rectum and hold for periods of 20 to 50 seconds and then release. After release spasms begin. You should ride that for awhile, and then when it starts to 'wane' you can contract again. This often helps to get started on the 'roller coaster' ride and sensations will get more and more intense as time goes on. Typically I've noticed it takes about 1 hour for me to start entering really Super O's although I feel pleasure and spasms may begin almost immediately upon insertion. My sessions may be many hours long. Don't seek to cum. Seek to become more aroused and to enjoy the sensations more. You will eventually 'cum' many times for long periods of time though it still is a different sensation. Similar in some ways but different in others. IMO it is quite a bit more pleasurable than a normal penile ejaculation. Session success varies, but a good session is probably exponentially a stronger experience than the penile ejaculation alone. Note that in the end you will not necessarily get that 'satisfied' feeling that you get from penile ejaculation. That organ ejaculation has a 10 minute refractory period where you feel very satisfied and tired. With Aneros pleasure / orgasms one orgasm will lead to the next. I never really get to a 'ok I don't want any more' phase. Yes, I think sometimes this happens, but it is after your body just is overwhelmed with the journey and experience. Typically with me I have to stop and go run an errand or something before I am completely done and satisfied.
