Happy to be back.  I had to reset my password and the login wouldn't recognize my username but did accept my email so here I am!  I'm still learning all the new features but I if I'm right the store login is now connected to the forum login?  And we can change our name whenever we want to, eh?  I decided to update mine...

@Faith-Manages, if you changed to a new name who were you before?

@faith-manages

Same for me, my user name was not recognized and I had to change my password.

after I logged in with my email address, my user name was available again.

Aneros is working on this issue.  For the moment, everyone will need to use their mail address to login.

I hope this post takes. It is so good to be back through the help of @GGringo and Andrew's. In my two/three "absence" from our group, my awakened prostate has been active through nightly nipple diddling sessions and occasional Aneros sessions, all so sweet and sublime!

Faith-Fortis.  I thought up this one 5min after I'd signed up (a quote from a great sci-fi show) and always wanted to change.  Now I have the ability to change my username once a week if I want.

But @somebody and @morexp tagging and quoting does nothing right now because there is no notification system in place.  I'm sure it will be in place eventually.

@faith-manages

It kind of does inform you in that you get an e-mail msg that you have been quoted or referenced on a post. At least I do. Thats how I knew you resopnded to my question.

As far as the edit button disappearing I do think it's on a timer. It is better than some sites I'm on that don't give any edit option. Once it's submitted right or wrong thats it. I wish it was linked to a successive post instead. Sometimes I  write something and go back to reread it a few minutes later because I type slow or want to convey in a certain way and realise I either left something out or it reads like rambling but can't change it because it's now locked. But if no one has responded, editing the post wouldn't interfere with any conversations based on the original wording.

i actually spent several minutes editing this into my original post and when I submitted it it didn't show up. So the timer even removes edits if you run over.

I wasn't able to sign in with my old username either so I created a new one more appropriate to my journey! (formerly Ananewb-Wow)

Glad to see the site back up, although I'm still getting used to the look, format, and navigating the site.

Why some users can login their username back but I don't?

Get Aneros Support to fix it for you; click on chat red button at the bottom of your screen to give them the info.

Good luck
