Weightless feelings!

Hey all, I'm back after about a month of not posting here, reporting that my Journey is going great! I'm getting P-Waves at least twice every session, Aneros or no, and I'm loving it! I still use the Relaxation techniques, but I vary quite a lot. Sometimes I do absolutely nothing, sometimes I concentrate on the pleasure and try to hold it there, and sometimes I imagine whatever pleasure I feel in the groin area is being felt all over my body, and it often starts to! Amazing!

But something that's started recently and is now also in every single session is my whole body feeling weightless. It feels really nice and I love it, so I gotta ask, is this common at this point? I know some people report the Out Of Body feeling after they become orgasmic, but I'm not quite there yet. I always ride out this feeling, and it feels like it's getting better and better each time!

Another question, real quick: In your opinions, if I have been doing mainly relaxation methods, would it hurt to try some of the "Action" ones?

I frequently have the the same weightless feeling after the 1st hour of riding...has not evolved into any thing else for me...don't really care, I just enjoy the weightless feeling

Hello,I'm happy to hear I'm not the only one who has experienced this. I was half asleep and I felt like I was was hovering above my bed. I had been practicing yoga nidra for a few weeks and this happened as I was relaxing after meditation. It scared me at first, but I was able to surrender to the feeling of lightness. Does this type of experience mean anything or was I just super relaxed or maybe dreaming? I would love to hear other's thoughts.

I get this feeling in two different forms. Sometimes it is gliding on fluffy white clouds. Others it is doing a dolphin-like swim just below the surface of some crystal clear blue water. Either way, I'm in my pleasure zone.

I don't feel weightlessness, but something different, as though my muscles are holding me up slightly, even though they're completely 100% relaxed. Mainly feel it in the legs. Strange feeling, but nice. I sometimes use it to help draw my mind lower into my body.

I've had a sort of weightless feeling twice before, but they were very brief. (And more out-of-body, if anything)I think it was when I was half-asleep.

My orgasms tend to be centred around energetic contractions and excitement, rather than absolute serenity, so maybe that's why I've never had these sorts of things since.

Another thing I thought was "just me"... I've had the "floating" or "disembodying" sensation repeatedly. That alone was worth the price of admission.
