...for the everyday forum question. 🙂 First want to say hello! Thanks for reading my post and even more thanks if you respond! I read the forums moderately, and I have deduced that they're a lot of similar questions that get asked, mainly with similar answers, and are answered by the forum Gods. (You all know who you are!) And was wondering if you can give me some of that similar advice! 😀
I don't consider myself a "noobie", but do consider myself a super-O virgin. :*( I have been using the MXG for over a year, and just received my Helix last week. (It's wonderful!)
Last night I was going through my contractions like normal, relaxed as much as I can be. I usually have very pleasurable sets of involunteries, and maybe some very small dry-o's. Nothing as powerful as a super-T, but great nonetheless. I seem to be at a plateau there. It feels like my penis wants to explode in orgasm. If I hold the contraction it seems to dissipate, if I relax it seems to do the same, and if I contract harder it will also go away. Maybe i'm not relaxed enough mentally? Will this lead me to super-O?
After about an hour I went and had a cigarette and was going to go to bed. (Aneros still inserted). I laid there and put a pillow on my face and took a deep breath. After the deep breath my whole body was warm and a little tingly. So, I repeated these breathing exercises about 5 or 6 times and then started taking short breaths. The best way I came to describe it was like G-force on you, except way more pleasurable. Like the feeling you get when you're on a rollercoaster being pushed back into your seat, or a fast car being accelerated quickly. Except it felt good! Then there was a tingling in my penis and it seemed to be getting stronger. Then, disaster as the dogs where freaking out because my cousin showed up. Nonetheless, I THINK it was a milestone for me. Will this lead to super-O?
Ok now the question. Can anyone say what route will yield the most pleasure? Or am I even going in the right direction? Breakdown my experience like you do for most and I would be grateful! *bows down* As my name suggest, I envy you all! Thanks

Hi Invidia,
I believe you know what to do from the Aneros use perspective, but it sounds like you are just not relaxing enough, and maybe trying to hard when at that Plateau you feel. The mind can play a huge part in the success...
I never have expectations when in a session and also relax and enjoy anything I feel.
It is very important to just "Feel" what you have and enjoy those feelings.
IMHO it really should not truly be compared to a super-T, as it is a bit different, but it does seem like you are on the correct path to a Super-O... You may already be there with the explanation of the G-force, and the adrenaline feelings you seem to be getting. It is very hard for another person to judge, as each person is different.
You will know when you get the elusive O, You have to be very close for sure!!, keep it up, you will know when it happens! 😀
Obviously sounds like your second method was better with the breathing which is important. Sounds to me like in the first example you may have been trying to be too active. Try relaxing more and submit yourself to being the receiver of pleasure. Holding contractions hard and long, and trying to move the Aneros inside yourself quickly are not the answer. Instead pretend that you are a kid sucking on a lollypop except the lollypop is the Aneros and instead of your mouth (well you get the idea). Use that casual approach, relax, have some mild / moderate contractions. I'd start with 30 seconds. You can work up to a minute or so which may help as you cycle with your breathing from troughs to plateaus in ever increasing pleasure. Remember to experiment with positions too. I've found that position for me may be 75% of the battle. Find what works best for you. My favorite is on my back with a pillow under my lower back / butt and my legs extended up over a bed or very short dresser. Perhaps have a pillow under your head. Either put your arms above your head on the sides or to the front of you on the sides. Be comfortable in your positions so that you can maintain the same position and posture for a long time. IMO this is important because moving around while starting to ramp up is a distraction and alway causes me to start over in my orgasmic state or at least fall behind. Try and give yourself time. Today my session was 5 hours 45 minutes. Usually it is 1 to 3 hours. It takes a while to build up and really get into it and once you are there you'll want to stay there...well forever. But we all have to go back to the real world. As I tell everyone...take the fish oil to prime your brain for orgasm. Eat some dark chocolate. I also like to take a multivitamin, and some Ginko Biloba - maybe some Ginseng and Calcium, Magnesium , Zinc. Oddly too, I've noticed I seem to have better sessions on the days I took a Claritin (for allergies). I don't know why that may be or if it is just coincidence. Smoking probably isn't good either as it affects the Dopamine / Seratonin balance in the brain in a negative way for orgasms.
Good luck!
