Hi everyone !
I regularly stop using Aneros for several weeks each year because of work related stress, minor health issues or total lack of libido.
I noticed that when I started again my anerosessions, I often made more progress in the firsts sessions than in months of aneros usage.
Do you have any idea why ?
Do any of the most experience users make pauses on purpose when they feel they hit a "flatline" ?

@Kaly Since my initial re-wiring, I have never found that stopping/starting Aneros was difficult. In fact, as you allude, sometimes that absence can make the first session after an extended break even more arousing. IMHO, just let your body be your guide. It's usually pretty good at giving you the signal to proceed!
