It's hard to find information on anything other than "Improving overall male sexual health" when trying to find something to add to my diet that will wake up my internals a little. I'm not sure anything like that exists. There's plenty of things to keep the prostate healthy and to ward off prostatitis and everything, but beyond sawdust-and-cigarette filler pills that promise "huge ropes", can't find anything for increased arousal specifically for the prostate.
Anyone have any secrets they've been sitting on?
@zaneblues wisdom in the thread Automatic tantra comes to mind. Also Lecithine: if you want to increase the amount of semen.
Cheers, Unfug
I've been taking fish oil pills which supposedly help with orgasms. I'm also taking things meant to increase semen volume.
I've tried lecithin before, and didn't really notice a change. A moot point now, since I've been practicing what some others are calling "Semen retention". I'm really just focusing on waking up the prostate.

Fishoil and Kegels it is then. 🙂

This subject was touched upon several months ago in the thread Supplements to increase libido, I'm sorry I don't have any secret supplement to offer.
Good Vibes to You !
I take three blood thinners every day, including fish oil so that probably helps my prostate. In addition to my regular practice of semen retention, I sometimes purposely embark on Aneros abstinence. My prostate seems to notice this and through Aless, lets me know when it's time for a session!
Blood thinners I can't really do, since I give platelets once every two weeks. However I do have a glass of pineapple juice every morning, and a cup of hibiscus tea in the evening. Both are vasodilators (opens your veins a little wider), so technically the same end result.
I take 1000mg of Pumpkin Seed Oil every morning. Don't know if it does any good but I have experienced some great sessions.
