When I was in college, one hot afternoon, I tore through a whole gallon of orange juice. Next morning I woke up with the strongest erection I'd ever had. Somehow I got it in my head afterwards, that citrus had some kind of vasodilator in it. May have been something I read about pineapples.
Anyway, I found out not too long ago that it was all that Vitamin C. Among all the things it does for you, it's also an anti-stressor. Not enough of it will cause your body to constrict arteries, but taking as much as you can doesn't actually open up any vessels, not wider than they're supposed to be anyway.
I tried it, took some chewables, and after a half hour my mind was racing a little less than it had been. I hear that's basically what anything called and "aphrodisiac" does. It reduces stress so you can focus on the task at hand, so to speak.
So has anyone tried it before a session? Maybe with a cup of chamomile tea or something?
