The 1st video is this really legit? Cant believe you really can activate it so easily by doing force contractions. Who can confirm this is real? After 6 years i found that doing nothing and relax full on the sensations that gives me the best results. When i do contractions my focus will drift towards doing those contractions not the feelings.Most of the times it even result in needing to pee. Maybe i'm doing the wrong contractions i dunno.

I keep going back to watch the first video in this list. Pretty hot. His other videos are nice also. Never done poppers before but they seem to help him relax and pretty quick.

yup looks legit to me. I can confirm that it is completely possible, as my orgasmic response is similar to his. 

I think videos can be interesting, and it is nice to see shared experiences. And for those who find it arousing, they can be fun. But there is so little visual information to be gleaned from them, even with explanations. This is because most everything happening is inside the body and based on very subtle muscle movement, impossible to capture on camera. The best route in my opinion is reading the wiki page and scouring the posts on this forum. 

I really enjoyed @shockedwaves videos though it seems he has removed them ;(
