The only thing I try to do "on purpose" is to actively relax my body. Anything that happens is just my body's reaction.

@pirontras Could you please tell me if you have a pillow under your pelvis in the video? And I see your legs are also on the edge, and are they also resting on pillows? Describe your position.

yeah I have pillows under my legs and lower back - this way my ass stays in a sort of pit. 

The back pillow is only for comfort, and I prefer raised legs so there is more space under my ass, so the massager can move freely
