Very serious - Prostate massaging is turning me into a premature ejaculator

Hello all,

I've been using a prostate massager for about a decade now, I have several model but the MGX has been my go-to model for a while now. I took me years to find the right groove, so to speak, and for the past two years I've had some fun.

At that time though I started feeling that my prostate was more sensitive than normal during my morning masturbation routine, and that was without a massager. I brushed it off and continue to use a massager about once a week. The thing about finding the groove is that each session builds on the last and then one day I found that my prostate was very sensitive even without a massager and it would lead to many very early close calls when I masturbate.

So I took a break for some months. The sensitivity in the prostate, when masturbating, didn't really subside though, it's like its cranked up to 11 and stays there. At one point I resumed and the sessions become even more fun but now I have reached a point where my prostate is so sensitive that I have to be VERY careful because once the penis is fully erect that's when it peaks and if I am not careful I will ejaculate.

Couple of details
-I am not circumcised, an
-This premature thing is always with masturbation alone without any massager or plug
-Very recently I've had a urologist perform a prostate exam for another issue and it was fine

Has any of you experienced this and how do you manage?

I don’t have this happen to me but I do have to be very careful when having sex with a toy in. I constantly need to stop for a few seconds in that situation because I am often on the brink of an orgasm and I can feel the toy rubbing up against my prostate and egging it on. It is very intense, and really slows sex down.

otherwise during masturbation I am way more aware of my prostate and of muscles now, but that works in the other direction because it allows me to relax my certain muscles and thus avoid ejaculation, even through orgasms.

do you try relaxing your pc muscles, and avoid the clenching that is associated with ejaculation?

Thanks for the tip but this is nothing to do with PC muscle, I assure you.

The sensitive feeling I feel really is the prostate, not the muscle.

I can attest that what is happening to you is not just in your head. It is a real thing. I bought an aneros a few years ago and started using it every other day. I’ve never been able to get a prostate orgasm, but have achieved some really good feelings down there. When the toy was in, I found myself involuntarily clenching and kegaling at times as it started to feel good. My wife and I would have sex outside of using the aneros, I did start to notice I started to cum faster inside her and became much more sensitive inside of her. I thought it was my imagination. But over time the more I used the aneros consistently, the more sensitive and quicker I came. I was never ever a premature ejaculator until I started using the aneros consistently. After a while it became almost unbearable. I would cum seconds after getting inside of my wife. I’d barely get a few strokes inside of her before erupting quickly. The orgasms became much more intense but came on way to quickly. It got so bad, I stopped using the aneros except only sparingly. It took a while but not using it all the time helped some. Later on, i read that doing kegals without incorporating reverse kegals will make you more sensitive and can cause premature ejaculation issues, which is exactly what I was doing.

Thanks man. It's really nice to know that I am not alone. Now the million-dollar question is, what are reverse Kegels?

@GordonShock Reverse Kegel is the same as using the muscle you would use to accelerate your peeing, the "pushing out"

@GordonShock There are a couple of good apps out there to help strengthen pc muscles. One is called MyKegel and the other is called Stamena. They cost a few dollars but totally worth it in my opinion. Check them out and let us know how you progress. I am in a similar but different boat than you. I am circumcised but in the process of undoing my circumcision with TLC Tugger. When I’m not tugging, the skin I have is held in place over my glans with a silicone retaining cone. This process has removed the callous layer from my glans and making me super sensitive in the process. I had no idea sex could feel like that until I restored my glans back to normal. Only problem is just like you, I finish too quickly due to my new found sensitivity. So I am working on learning to relax my pc muscles during sex or masturbation in hopes to increase my stamina/longevity during sex. In Tantra teaching they talk about moving the energy from your genitals up your spine to other areas of the body (chakras). I’m sure there is something to that but currently my energy won’t listen to me! And currently my wife = not happy with me cumming so quickly!
