Howdy all. I discovered a little twist that had far reaching benefits. I’ve been using Aneros for over 12 years and am one satisfied customer. What’s not to like? Today I made a little change to my normal routine. It’s something I’ve thought about doing before. But never did. After around 10 minutes I had a great super O. When it had subsided, I rearranged my position (still on my left side, my always go-to position), but rearranged my position slightly, my leg angles etc. and then waited for the next round. As per usual another super O was incoming after around another ten minutes but this one also knocked my socks off.
What’s different is, I had heard not to change positions during a session. As it resets the buildup. I’ve found this true. BUT, after you have a big O, I learned today you can rearrange and start again. It works really well. Just thought I’d share that.

If you're already high in arousal from your Super O, changing position is likely to not send arousal back too much in the overall arousal equation. Few things act as a 100% inhibitory factor. It might work as a excitatory factor sometimes. I've seen videos where people use just about as many positions as a yoga session with repeated Super Os.

Its amazing how we are all different. The side position showed promise early in my journey but the last few years its on my back, one knee up the other flat when an O subsides I switch my legs and another O starts up.
