You may have read the title and think: Wait, is that even possible? Moving energy through the body? My answer is yeah, it is possible. Everybody is able as far as I know to move energy through the body, but one must be open to the idea and not think before even trying that its mumbo-jumbo. Think about it this way, you need to be open on your journey with the aneros to achieve progress. Also, lets be honest here for a second as well, many men wouldn't even believe if you told them that they could orgasm by using an anal toy called the aneros and also wouldn't believe you when you tell them that if they rewire enough they can orgasm even without the toy, Aless. The difference between those men and you is that you do believe and are open to the idea. The same counts for women and the Evi and the unisex toys peridise and tempo. The thing I'm asking here is to adopt the same kind of openess to the idea of moving energy through the body. There are still many things that aren't explained in the world though for example science. So please keep an open mind if when you read this. Actually do it for yourself, because it will help you in the end, trust me.

Now for the fun part, the techniques. There are quite some techniques to move energy through your body. I will start with the more novice or beginner techniques and work up from there way up.
1. Nipple stim 1: There are three ways to go about this. The first one is to just put the tip of your index finger on your nipple. With this I mean gently rest, not push! Do this and try to surrender and focus on nothing. If you want to focus on something, than try to focus on the prostate. The second is gently scraping the nipple (right one) with your index finger. Again, don't put any pressure on it, but scrape it. With this it is really important to focus on the nipple and feel even the slightest sensations you get from scraping it. The third technique is focussed on the areola. Cycle by scraping, again don't put to much pressure on it, the areola of the right nipple for ten seconds for one cycle. Focus on nothing, but if you want to focus on something than focus on the prostate again.
2. Nipple stim 2 (the twlltin approach): Start with the index finger of your right (or more fingers if you want) and start at the border of your chest with the armpit left side or your sternum (centre of the chest). Use the finger or fingers and cycle GENTLY along the border of your chest and armpit past the sternum round and round, until you eventually reach the nipple. Only touch the nipple when aroused! Another way is to not cycle and go round and round, but go from the sternum or armpit in a straight line to the nipple. This can also be done with two hands if desired.
3. Imaginary boobies: Imagine, if you are a man, that you have big beautiful breasts like a woman. Take one or both hands and put them under your imaginary breasts (you can chose the size of them, but don't make them to big) by cupping them like they are real breasts. Make short and slow movements up and down, like lifting them. After a while, if you want, move your hand or hands upwards in a curved motion, like caressing the breasts of a real woman. Than, try to push your imaginary breasts down slowly and gently, like with a real woman. Don't touch the body with this technique!
4. The pinch: Take your index finger, middle finger and thumb of your right hand and pinch them together with the thumb being in the middle. Point the index- and middle finger down towards the belly button, which means that the thumb stays somewhat horizontal. Hover 'the pinch' 1-2 inches above the belly button and move is upwards SLOWLY 1-2 inches towards your chest. Move it back down SLOWLY towards your belly button and move it down towards the penis or vagina if you're a woman. Focus on nothing, but if you want something to do than visualize yourself moving energy up and down with the top of your fingers. Don't touch the body with this technique, hover!
5. Flat hander: Put your right hand where your palm and fingers get together (the border you might say) on your belly button. Position it at the middle. Now, hover your right hand 1-2 inches above the belly button and move it upwards SLOWLY 1-2 inches towards your chest. Move it back down SLOWLY towards your belly button and move it down towards the penis or vagina if you're a woman. Focus on nothing, but if you want something to do than visualize yourself moving energy up and down with the top of your fingers. Don't touch the body with this technique, hover!
6. C hander: Make a C shape out of your right hand, but keep the hand relaxed. You shouldn't feel your fingers and hand muscles tensing. Now, keep your C hand horizontal, like it being a rainbow and hover your fingers 1-2 inches above the belly button. Move the C hand upwards SLOWLY 1-2 inches towards your chest. Move it back down SLOWLY towards your belly button and move it down towards the penis or vagina if you're a woman. Focus on nothing, but if you want something to do than visualize yourself moving energy up and down with the top of your fingers.
7. Do nothing: Like the name says, do nothing. Take one of the techniques 3-5, for example the 'flat hander' technique, and just keep it still hovering above the belly button or penis/vagina area. Don't touch your body when doing this. Just keep and hover your hand still above a chosen area.
8. Patting: Take one of the techniques 3-5 and try to 'pat' or 'slap' (patting is better) the belly button area or the penis/vagina area. Don't touch your body when doing this. You can start of slow and increase speed to see what that does for you.
9. Akimbo (also known as dual wield): The principle of akimbo is to go from one hand, to two hands. In principle that should increase the intensity if done right. This can be applied to techniques one to four. Just put two hands side by side, for example with the flat hand technique and make the movements described above. With the nipple technique you can think about crossing your arms and hands resting on your chest and scrape your nipples, circle your areola or rest your index fingers on them. You can also pick one of the techniques 3-6, use them two handed, and combine them with the patting technique or the do nothing technique explained above.
10. Tantric masturbation: Use one or both hands, but both hands are recommended. Hover your hands 1-2 inches above the body and caress your body without actually touching it. Begin slowly and increase speed if preferred. This is a technique where you have quite some freedom to caress the body the way you want. Caress your chest with one hand for example and the penis/vagina with the other. Caressing is not the only way of using this technique, you can also massage or use a swirling motion.
11. The makeshift tent: Fold your hands together like you are praying. Keep your fingers locked, but push your palms outward until your thumbs are on top of each other, horizontal and relaxed. This is the makeshift tent. Now hover your makeshift tent horizontally 4-5 inches above your belly button and imagine a pole or stick is resting on your belly button verticaly being hold but your makeshift tent. Now, tense your abs and try to push the imaginary stick or pole into your belly button by pushing it down with your makeshift tent. Try to push the imaginairy stick or pole with your makeshift hand tent by putting al lot of pressure on it as you would do with a real stick or pole.
12. The thumb approval: Make a RELAXED fist out of your right hand with the thumb free. Now, LOOK and FOCUS only on your thumb and move it SLOWLY UP and DOWN. Don't tense your thumb or the fist in any way. It should be a Relaxed fist, (almost) no muscle tensing. Your arm needs to stay relaxed as well. Try this technique out by laying on your side and having your right hand with thumb in front of you relaxed.
13. Simultaneous frenulum/clitoris and nipple action: Use the index fingers of both your hands. Put the index finger of one hand on your nipple and scrape it gently, no pressure. Scrape with the index finger of the other hand the frenulum of your penis or the clitoris of your vagina. Don't put any pressure on it! Gentle scraping!
14. The Piano man: Take both hands, hover them 1-2 inches above the belly button. Now move your fingers SLOWLY as though you're playing the piano or move them SLOWLY in a random movement (nice and easy).You can also move the 'playing fingers' over your face, your nipples, your vagina/penis, actually anywhere you'd like, but the belly button seems to work best.
15. M hander: Take technique 6 and 9 for this technique. Make two C shaped hands and put them together to make an M shape. Now, hover your M shape 1-2 inches above the belly button and move it upwards SLOWLY 1-2 inches towards your chest. Move it back down SLOWLY towards your belly button and move it down towards the penis or vagina if you're a woman. Focus on nothing, but if you want something to do than visualize yourself moving energy up and down with the top of your fingers. Don't touch the body with this technique, hover!
16. Fisting fun: Hover a relaxed clenched right hand fist 2-3 inches above your belly button area. Lower the fist towards your belly button and to add more intensity, as you get close to your belly button, slow/linger/stop right above the belly button and just hold it there.
CAUTION: There are some on the forum who have talked about kundalini awakening. This is where you open up all the seven chakra's of the body (google it: they are all located in a vertical line through the middle of the body) by moving energy to them, which unleashes an incredible amount of energy in the body if all the chakras are unlocked. Sounds amazing right!? BUT BE WARY OF THIS! You can get overwhelmed by this and it can cause mental and even physical damage! I experienced, several months ago, a dream that can only be attributed to the beginnings of a Kundalini awakening! It involved a snake and a tiger, and I have never ever had a dream of this type in my entire 53 years. It was scary, but enlightening as well! I expect to take the Kundalini path someday!

Qaws, for me actually feeling the energy coming from my hands onto my body got me interested in this topic. I couldn't completely believe this at first. I've tested it and ruled out static electricity and other natural explanations but I'm not a scientist. It could be psychological but that just begs the question. It is palpable and has certain reproducible properties. Until science can devise something to detect and measure it, I'll keep exploring it and what it can do.
It may be pointless to tell someone about the energy until they've experienced it for themselves either directly from their hands or from someone elses hands. I heard about this energy a long time ago and didn't grasp how amazing it is until I experienced it. That opened my mind to other possibilities as did experiencing dry orgasms for the first time.
It started when I was partially rewired and chuckjo2000 took an interest in showing me how to feel and move it. I doubt that I or anyone can really accept the word of others that we experience this enegy as real. I don't blame them. I didn't before either. I'm guessing that having started doing aneros type meditation, being physically and mentally rewired and given a helping hand by a experienced energy mover, enabled me to accept what I was sensing as something real and different from anything I've felt before. That encouraged me to explore further, ask questions, learn tai chi and chi gung.
I still don't understand well what it is and what it can do but I know I won't learn anything if I don't keep exploring. Thank you Qaws for stargting this important topic. I'll try your techniques and will offer some of mine later. I hope this will be a safe place to share information.

Qaws, I would like to add a technique to your list, that was shown to me by a fellow member, but whom I've not seen on the site for a long time. He called this 'making the magic happen'; I tried it ; the magic happened, and I have shown it to others, using the name, Piano Man. 🙂 Here is what you do. Take both hands, and, as though you're playing the piano with a nice, slow touch, move the fingers in a random movement (nice....and....easy here) over your belly button at first. You can also move these 'playing fingers' over your face, your nipples, your penis/balls...actually, just about anywhere you'd like, but i find they really work nicely over your belly button....Try this and see how it works for you...Chuck

My idea is : things don't have to make sense (not even in some exotic theory or remote spiritualism), all that matters is that they help.
I regret that nobody feels free enough to talk their pure nonsense method. Ok, some of it may sound insane but who cares? Because, talking mental imagery, apparent sanity is a joke, nothing is rational... and it really doesn't matter as long as you can tell your fantasy from real life.
@chuckjo2000 Funny, I discovered something of the kind. To me, where you "loose piano" and with what doesn't matter as much as the typical relaxed, fast, wide and free way the moves are thought and performed. I try to explain later on.

Trying weird and crazy ideas illustrates the openness someone has during her or his journey. People indeed need to be more open and ask more about such things. I feel separate streams of energy coming from each finger. If I'm holding a metal stylus, wood pencil or plastic felt pen, I feel the energy coming from me through the object to my skin. If I extend my arm from my perineum outward as far as I can, I can still feel the energy in my perineum, even through the front of my body.
This stuff continually amazes me. My tai chi teacher shows ow to cultivate the energy he calls chi in the dan tien located below the navel. We move both our hands one on top of the other in a circular motion around the navel in one direction and then the other, widening and narrowing the spirals, 9 times each. He's shown us in class how to throw the chi energy in kung fu fighting. He promised to show us how to visualize it.
That said I don't know what comes first, the rewiring or the energy. I had no experience with this energy before I was somewhat rewired. I don't know what part the energy plays in rewiring. It may be connected in a way through the nervous system and our minds but I don't know how. I know it can stimulate orgasms obviously and is fun to do as foreplay with someone. 🙂
I don't think any video will be enough to prove anything to anybody who hasn't experienced this energy firsthand. I don't want to get caught having to try to prove anything right now. What do you think Qaws?

qaws, another technique you can add to your list, is what i call the 'letter M'...it is actually using the 'letter C' with both hands, again just very slowly running the pointed downward fingers over your belly button , up toward the chest, then down, toward your penis/balls. Be sure to make the belly button your 'center point' of travel, and go either direction only about 2-4 inches. See how this works for you...! Chuck

One more to add to the list, Q.."fisting fun" (no, not the fisting that you might think...
:-?). East to do, and gives a great sensation once you get it going. Use a clenched right hand fist over your belly button area, or even 'just a bit above' , in the diaphragm region. Begin the 'fist' about 2-3 inches over this area, lowering it toward your belly button. To add MORE intensity, as you get close to your bb, slow/linger/stop right above the belly button...and just hold it there..see if the intensity builds into a strong orgasm for you ! Sounds good! Don't laugh at me but I started doing this with a letter opener at work, then I bought a magic wand to play with and was able to move a decent amount of energy. I later made a want and I sue it just as you do, sometimes directing it to my prostate. I use it in my right hand, the yang hand and just direct it, and like you said, it doesn't matter if it is pointed towards the prostate or not, the energy just finds its way to where I want it. I haven't done that a lot but I need to get back into that practice and take it seriously. It also works when forming your index/middle finger into a point and using it like a wand. I think that is called sword fingers in some qigong circles.

I'm not laughing Jan_da_Man (except maybe WITH you). I'm constantly amazed by this stuff. The video is very interesting too. I'm trying the sword fingers to break up a suspected energy block in my solar plexus. I've seen my teacher use his hands to heal other students with his chi when they injure themselves in class. He says one has to cultivate chi if you use it in this way to heal others a lot or you'll become depleted. What is your magic wand like? I'm so glad you and others are exploring this too. 🙂

Energy technniques are amazing and fantastic and can help ones journey a lot, but can also help people to get in touch with their more vulnerable and sensual side. People that think this is nonsense are missing out.
So, I exercised until my legs gave out and ended up on the ground. The ground is quite nice, perfect for crossing legs meditation style and practicing breathing and energetics. I found my way inside the house and was pretty high on all the clean air I had breathed, as well as the pranayama session I had on the ground.
I was practicing my own rendition of spinal breathing and tinkered around with different feels and what not-- I never do things as taught.
I thought to myself, "forget the prostate, orgasmic pleasure is all about the spinal cord/CNS." So I focused more on my spine and then BOOM. A series of spinal waves, shakes, trembles, heavy breaths, and an involuntary oh-ah in a low voice. Every time I focused on my spine, I would get another orgasm, also a nice warm sensation would flow down my stomach. It feels great and is basically automatic. At this point, this flow has lasted for a little over 20 mins.
What say you guys on the spine vs the prostate or any other body part?
I might play with the progasm tonight while focusing on the spine and the type of orgasm I'm having now. I have a feeling that for ppl who have issues with the 'do nothing method' that this might help them. I'm interested in finding out how a combination of mind/breath triggered spinal-gasms and progasm derived prostate orgasms match up. Let's hope that it is mind blowing.

I'm not sure if I know what you mean by sternum. Do you start with the physical sternum, the bone structure or sort of an energetic rain down past that area. I've never focused directly on the physical sternum but I have tried the solar plexus. I will try the sternum now! Thanks for mentioning it!
Just some chigung movements I do:
Stand knock kneed, bend over and extend your head forward looking up. Slowly stand up arching your back so you feel your spine cracking and energy flowing up it. At the same time bring your head to your chest and continue the arching to your neck until you're looking straight up. This is easier to do than describe. 🙂
Run the palm of one hand down your front from your brow slowly to your navel witbout touching, while raising the other hand to your brow. Feel the energy follow your hand down your body. Repeat this with the other hand. Brings your energy to the central reservoir below your naval.
Extend an arm forward with palm open and facing up. Move your other hand slowly without touching from your navel up your body to the shoulder and run the palm down your arm feeling the energy move to your fingers. Then take the energized hand and repeat the movement from your navel to the shoulder of the other hand. Repeat. This is supposed to bring energy to your hands and fingers.
Also to cultivate energy just stand relaxedly for at least 5 minutes with knees bent slightly, eyes partially open, head erect like it's held on a string puppet like, arms dangling, back aligned with head and feet. And don't think anything! This is supposed to allow your body to accept and feel the flow of energy from the earth. If you're doing it right, you'll lose awareness of everything and return to your original being in my understanding. I've not gotten to that state yet. 🙂
Mantak Chia says in "Chi Self Massage" that microcosmic orbit breathing is the primary way to experience your own energy. Doing microcosmic orbit during acupuncture seems to amplify the balancing.

Thanks for the detailed techniques, it sounds interesting and new. I'v started trying some of them already, and I think i'm starting to notice increased sensitivity in my nipples. I can't wait to see the effects after a while!
I had a 5 hour session tonight where I focused on the more physical aspect of aneros, controlling the progasm with my anal sphincter, BC and PC muscles. Doing so gave some great sensations but it wasn't until I decided to replicate my 'aless' sessions that I had super-Os. I feel like I was cheating because it was more energetics and energy placement with some emotional replication that fired things off. Adding the progasm heightened the experience but wasn't the cause of the experience.
@Jan_Da_man You haven't cheated at all. You have said it yourself as well, namely that the aneros heightened your experience. Many people think the aneros is only a physical thing that produces only physical experiences, but those people are wrong. The aneros is more. The aneros can also let you go on an emotional ride if you're open to it. You seem to be someone that is already knowledgeable of energy and emotions. Many people that start with the aneros though are rigid, but open in mind and body. They just need a key to unlock them and the aneros helps with that, but you are a strange case in that matter. Strange because you already were able to use energy for orgasms and were already familiar to what that brings physically and mentally. Many people that start with the aneros are unfamiliar with that and because of that it takes a while before they for example can Super O or get out of body experiences.
