I have not been consistent in my session. For the past two months I have skipped a week or two. It has really impacted my ability to get back to that happy place. Today I had a session for about 45 minutes, only got a few pleasure waves. I just can't seem to get past that level now. So, for all you folks that have gotten to the fabled Super-O, don't take it for granted you may lose it!

I've been worried about this and have experienced it too - on a minor scale.

A few months ago, I went from NOTHING to having some involuntary contractions that felt good. One night, while asleep - no Aneros - I wet-dreamed, and had to wait for my arousal to build back up. By the time it had, I was back to square one.

So my dilemma tonight. My last session was Wednesday, which was a DUD, I could squeeze in a session tonight, since it's Saturday but I dunno. I am not dying for it. I could just as easily listen to the radio online and sleep. But if I don't use it...actually, I have nothing to lose at the moment, but I just don't want to slow my progress!

I haven't used for nearly 4 weeks, but I'm confident that when I do use again it'll be as memorable as it always is. Why? even without use I still have prostate awareness, I can still evoke pleasure by focussing and sometimes even without. Come to think of it, I haven't even masturbated for nearly 4 weeks!!! With the unintented exception when I was using a technique trying to squirt that turned out to be rosy palm....

Hopefully you're wrong, coz although it's pleasurable I don't want to be so preoccupied with the Aneros I feel it takes up too much of my time that I could be spending constructively. Also I worry about the longterm effects of lube(at least when using regularly). Anyway my guess is, when I want the Aneros-experience again, I can have a Super O at least as good as before.

Hello The_Bishop, 🙂

Be patient with yourself. I've read a number of posts about this subject over the couple of years I've been here, where a number of guys have mentioned that it sometimes takes a few sessions to get back into being able to super-O after having been away from Aneros practice for a while. While everyones experience is different like Helixer shown. I suspect it is unlikely that you will not be able to get back to having the super-O experience.

As I suspected, fallen slightly dormant. The advantage of course is you already know what is possible and where the feelings are going to emanate from. But day 2 and I'm back to where I left off a month ago. Tomorrow I will have awakened still further....just a little 'rusty' on day 1(sticking with the 're-wiring' terminology)

For me it seems i progress quicker with series of session once a day for 5 days and then give myself a break of 2 days,i think it's because i end the session very aroused and pick up again with that feeling the next day.
Also a big factor is i live alone and can have sessions every day totaly relaxed without fear someone will walk in.
My favorite for now is the progasm ice, just breathing is enough to get things going.
Last night i had my 5th session in 5 days and it was the most intense so far,i finely had that constant feeling in the tip of my penis like you are just about to come but you don't.
The p waves are also getting stronger,i'm progressing much faster with those series of sessions then with 1 every 2 days.
It's like i'm back in the beginning of the previous session with very tiny progress and in the series i'm within minutes to the point i stopped the day before and have more and more intense sessions that way.
Those huge leaps i guess are picked up in my brain wanting more of these feelings.
I have no pain or discomford doing those series so that should be ok.
I've only started with the series of sessions and it's taking me to new levels very fast this way.
So for people who don't seem to progress and don't feel pain after a session could try this way.
Even now when typing this my body wants to go again,i already now this is gonna be some session tonight.
