@Woodbine Glad to hear you're on the mend. Few of us are physicians (including me) and can't offer a medical opinion. But I will say that with regular use of Aneros, that should help you to "fine-tune" your prostate and ejaculatory system to get it back to where you want it to be. Perhaps the combo of Aneros and some "semen retention" chastity will help to restore your sexual vigor. Good luck to you! Please let us know how you are progressing.

I lost all of mine for about a year after mesh repair for rupture,in fact when I felt an orgasm coming,I had to bear down to make it happen, but everything returned to normal. But it was kinda scary.

A urinary tract infection in and of itself, particularly once cleared should not cause you to lose your ejaculatory force and volume subsequently. If you're older, ejaculatory force and volume can decrease with age, but if you're a younger guy you shouldn't be noticing this necessarily. On the other hand, I can't think of any serious medical concern that should be suspicioned simply on the basis of decreased ejaculatory force. You should return to your baseline eventually.
