I have had my massager for five days now. I have used it twice, both times with my wife in bed with me. Because we were both enjoying sex play together, I haven't had the anal orgasms or other new sensations that I am looking forward to. But I have had some things happen that I would not have imagined.
For one thing, I have found that making love to my wife with the massager in actually helps me to hold off my orgasm! This seems like backward logic to me, but the sensation of the aneros in my ass draws my attention away from my cock enough that I feel no urgency to climax. When I do come. the orgasm is exquisite, leaving my body too sensitive to touch for a couple minutes. My wife has had this kind of post-orgasmic sensitivity for years and I was always jealous.

Also, I have noticed that after this kind of orgasm I feel "finished" or perhaps "complete". I am not tired, but there is just no desire for another round. I have desire to touch and please my wife, but not because I'm still horny. There is just this pleasant sense of well-being.

Lastly, I notice that my sphincter is really reluctant to let go of the Aneros after a session. When I tug, my butt quivers and squeezes. This starts my wife and I laughing. Laughter really gets the aneros working.

Anybody else had similar or different unexpected results?

I am so curious about beginning to use the Aneros that I get a hard on everytime I think about it. My biggest concern is that I am straight and I sure don't want anyone to thnk I am gay. Does the insertion hurt? How do you keep the area around the anus dry if you have to lubricate it so much? And, do I have to put lube into the anal canal and on the Aneros? Silly, I guess. I keep thinking it will make me cum quickly. Your thoughts, please, along with your experiences.

JayJay,

From what I can tell by reading the posts on this forum, most of the men here are straight. I know I am, & I've been working with the Aneros for about a month now (about half of that time I was on vacation, so a couple of weeks of experience is more accurate). It's a private thing, so who will know?

Insertion does not hurt, though you should try to relax & go slowly while inserting it. If I understand my anatomy, there is a set of sphincter muscles that are involuntary & will want to contract on you; just pause a moment til they relax & then procede. (Actually, if you'll pardon a graphic comparison, the size of the Aneros is smaller than the size of the stuff that regularly comes out that way.)

As for lubrication & keeping the area around the anus dry, here's what I've found that works. I went out & bought one of those small rubber-bulbed syringes you can get at the drug store, the kind they sell for sucking the snot out of babies' nostrils. Find it in the baby aisle. The one I bought has a plastic tip that separates from the rubber bulb. I take off the plastic tip, & fill the bulb with lubricant. I lubricate my anus lightly then insert the syringe into my anus. The tip of it goes just past the sphincter muscles. Then I squeeze a bunch of lubricant inside myself. After that, a light coating of lubrication on the Aneros itself makes the whole process fairly clean on the outside. (It also helps the Aneros move once it's inserted, because I found, when I first started, that if I just rubbed lubricant on the Aneros itself, most of it got wiped off on insertion... & it does not good on the outside.)

Your questions aren't silly. The only silly question is the unasked one.

As for whether or not it will make you cum quickly, well, it hasn't been my experience ... yet.

Just a couple of observations if I may. . .although the thought of the Aneros may make you hard, get rid of the idea that an erection is necessary (or even desirable, frankly) for full enjoyment of the device. As for cumming, I'm not sure what that means to you, but the object of the Aneros is orgasm. . .not ejaculation. . .who cares if you have an orgasm quickly; if you're using the Aneros properly, there are plenty more right around the corner, so to speak. and they're infinitely more pleasurable than the ejaculatory orgasms you may be used to.

Mark, your post has left me with a huge smile on my face. Sounds like you've discovered what it's "all about." :))) Happy journeying!

Mark-

I have experienced the same with masturbation with the aneros. I can go way longer than without it and I can build the orgasm to greater heights and have vocalizations that come out of nowhere. This practice does not help the "rewiring" process, but it sure feels good. 🙂
