I've been an aneros user for around 9 months now and I've been making moderate progress and I just had a quick question. During my sessions I usually don't end up with anything more than some really good feelings, so I just end with a Super-T. While trying to achieve more progress in the direction of a Super-O, is it better to end without a traditional orgasm?
Crok,
Welcome to the Aneros Forums,
IMHO, by ending your sessions with a Super-T you are rewiring (programming) yourself for that mode. This pattern of behavior will probably make it more difficult for you to make progress toward a Super-O because you will need to overcome this new patterned behavior as well as the previous years of masturbatory experience. I hope you will read the Penis, NOT! thread by 'Cockadoodle' and 'rook's thread Whole Body/Whole Mind -- the mental side for a little insight.
I believe it is important to establish the orgasmic relationship between Aneros use and your prostate stimulation rather than penile stimulation. Penile stimulation often leads to the ejaculation reflex making it very difficult to reach the Super-O zone. After you have firmly established your ability to get into the Super-O zone, mixing Aneros use with other sexual/sensual activities will enhance them all and you will still have the Super-O available to you.
P.S. I sent you an introductory PM with some additional hints and tips to help your journey.

IN a word, yes. It is better to end without a trad orgasm.
