I've been edging a lot lately and noticed the other day that my right hand (the one i use,) has gotten very dry and has a bunch of skin peeling in a bunch of small areas throughout. Could this be because of the lube I'm using drying out my hand (the lube is propylene glycol based)? What if I used coconut oil or something more natural? I also have a silicone lube, if that would be better...
note: my hands are already prone to peeling in this way, as it happens a couple times a year it seems.
I'm also really wondering if the arousal edging summons could be useful to use with the aneros? Of course no penis touching during a session, but if I went from edging right to an aneros session, would that work, or am I in too much of a penile-centric mode to have a good ride?
Thanks for any help you could offer
Edging works great, especially combined with semen retention. Just try to not do it right before a session. Maybe leave an hour between edging and your session at least, to become unfixated on your penis.
I edge during sex and masturbation very frequently, during 3-5 day periods of semen retention. By the end of the period, I am constantly aroused and I can feel my prostate calling non-stop.
Oh yea, definitely semen retention. I don't cum after my edging sessions unless I'm finally granting myself a release one day. my last streak was 4 days because I guess I got too carried away and had a ruined o, which was more like a traditional o because I couldn't get hard again. Ruined o's are hard. I think you're right, I should leave about an hr between edging and prostate stuff.
God, I've been noticing my prostate calling more since I've started edging- love it. My cock gets more involved at the same time too.
I assume you wash your hands after you're done, whether or not you ejaculate? I know my hands get especially dry during the winter (assuming you're in the Northern Hemisphere) and the more I wash my hands the quicker they'll dry out. Do you moisturize regularly?
I do, I wash my hands a lot. You think the soap is drying them out? I've never had this problem before. Yea, I should probably moisturize
Maybe it is from hydro alcoholic gel as well as hand washing. It happened to me one day I went to several shops and had to gel my hands at every shop entry, and stores provide low quality gel or other mysterious products
Even high quality hand sanitizer can dry them out. And we're all sanitizing and washing our hands more in the past year (hopefully!) than previously. So yes, I would suggest trying a moisturizing hand soap, hand lotion, or both! 🙂
Maaybe it’s sany, but it seems to correlate to the edging so much. Perhaps the sanitizing set up my skin to get dry later, hm. Note: the dryness wasn’t like my normal case, but less intense as it only lasted a couple days. So my hands are good now. And if it persists well it’s no prob.
I’m still going to get a hand cream to have ready. Thanks guys
