I don't do yoga, but I have been interested in it for some time. Recently I came across the Malasana (also known as Garland) position. You spread your feet roughly to shoulder width with the toes pointing outwards, then you squat very low, and join the palms of your hands and push your elbows into your knees:
This position looked like it might have benefits for Aneros use, as it deeply stretches the pelvic floor muscles.
So, I started to try it a few weeks ago. I am not exactly a flexible person (physically in any case), and at first I found I had a tendency to fall backwards. But that soon disappeared. I do it every morning, while waiting for the coffee to be ready, and now before every session. I can really feel the muscles being stretched and relaxed down there. In fact, I can now feel my prostate being stimulated by this pose. I once tried it with a Eupho in, and there were very interesting sensations building, but for the moment, I can't hold the position long enough to really get anywhere (only a few minutes at most).
However, I am convinced that this yoga practice has helped me make a major breakthrough today. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It's probably good for other things than the pelvic floor too. Try it guys, it's free!
Woohoo. She’s ass to grass baby. Of course that would work! On the pic on the left, imagine her hands up outside her shoulders holding a barbell, the pelvic floor works during squats.
Gym bro’s call the tucked tailbone ‘buttwink’. Some can get away with it,but usually causes back pain to squat like that in the gym,and a clear indication of poor ankle mobility.
Ill give it a bash,I’ll have to make some adjustments though and switch off intra abdominal pressure,or the toy will pop out like a cork haha. I once went to the gym needing a poop, that was a mistake 😉 And spewed a couple of times during heavy Deads.
