As @twlltin already mentioned ... there still are some issues.

Truly new posts without ending "-gtid##" you actually find from page 27 (lower half) and higher.

@aneros-team has been briefed.

Thx for the notice @SowithoutAneros!

It seems, that the respective opening posts of the old threads where missdated to 3/17/20, hence bumping those threads, since the forum is sorted by date (of the most recent entry).

Sadly, it would appear that a serious malfunction has occurred.

Prior to replying to any of these labeled gctid in the title, consider taking a moment to see if the second post is a reply from the past.  If in fact it is a newer topic from 2020 it may not be OK to reply to because it is a broken duplication of an older post.

For instance.  This one seems OK to reply to because it's new & not from an anonymous poster.

However, if you look at the member activity, you can see it is likely a duplicate of the same post from four years ago, which no longer works now because the system went bonkers.

This one is OK because it's likely from a known member as evidenced by the referal in the second post (& others) to gnawdol who has recently responded.

Myself, I'm not inclined to reply to anything with gctid in the title unless I'm certain it's OK because I don't want to risk making it harder on staff to prune because replying to older topics now have a new post and needs special attention, renaming or the like.

Having said that, I suppose there may be some gctid topics that might be OK to reply to regardless of my observations.  To each their own.  Merely a suggestion in an attempt to assist with navigating the oddity.

Meanwhile, I'm glad you all are still here & posting.  It continues to be a great source of information as I explore the glandular adventure.

Personally I'm not a fan of necroposting, it takes just a few extra seconds to see how long ago the last post was on a particular topic.  I'll just leave all GCTID posts alone and I wish everyone else would too...
