So as a lot of you know ive made tremendous progress the last few weeks and have nothing but awesome sessions recently. However i had one today for about 2 hours using my MGX, the sessions was incredible, pwaves and dry os, the problem i had was the build for the super o and getting over the top. I noticed the build as different right away, the aneros moved on its own, spasms on my prostate and anus, large p waves, increased heart rate, ect ect. Anyways the build started getting more intense to the point my legs were numbish and comfortable and there was a large amount of pressure on my pelvic region. It kept building and building but the pressure never released and I had to stop because i had something to do. This has happened twice now, the other time i had no engagements or distractions, still the build just kept going and leveled out. Not really sure what to do next any suggestions?
@Qwerty1234 Sounds like a great session! Just remember not to associate your Aneros sessions with performance, as hard as that may be! It is so easy to "assume" that because you are massaging your prostate, you will expect certain results. What I do lately is not expect anything and just enjoy every little thing during a session. Performance anxiety during sex is comparable IMHO. Just learn to relax and let go during a session. If anything happens (even a Super-O), great! But if not, I'm sure there are other sensations (some very subtle) that you can enjoy! Good luck to you!
Thats true it was amazing even without the super o.
Hi @Qwerty1234, whatever you might expect to be a superO might feel totally different from what you already know. Be aware of new feelings and stay patient. My breakthrough was to even resist to some of the involuntaries and to calm down myself from what you call pressure. Try to only be. Try to stay sensible and receptive, like floating on a salt lake and waiting to sense the most tiny little waves that may come from anywhere. Feel out your gland and your vibes, but do nothing but wait and receive without expectation. Because the best is yet to come, but because it's totally new, expectations are such a distraction and such a big hurdle. Best vibes! Enjoy! Mart
When you say it "never leveled out" what did it feel like when you "stopped?" What do you mean by "stopping" do you pull the toy out instantly, or stop doing something else?
My best super Os build up just about like you describe, but then all of a sudden there's a "stopping" feeling and all the intensity abruptly ends, and then it's like floating and calm my whole body breaks out in a little sweat and my chest feels hot and my face flushes and I just feel total peace. If I pay attention after about 10 seconds of this calm period, I can feel the toy autofucking me gently and realize my ass is spasming from an orgasm. It's kind of like a feeling of "nothing happened" when all the build up ends. Sometimes my ears start ringing, and I can hear things outside that I wasn't aware of, the light, sound and even air in the room are noticeable and I'm more aware of every bit of everything.
That's why I'm asking what you do when you stop. I'm imagining the automatic contractions going, your body starting get busy with blood flow and breathing, the imminent sense that something physical is about to happen to you, and then you reach down and just pull the toy out. I totally understand waiting for the end to happen, and it might take longer than you or any of us want. So I'll ask another question:
How long does that build up last? I know it can be hard to pay attention to time, but when I glance at the clock from time to time I often say "OMG it's only been 2 minutes?!?!" or "OMG it's been 20 minutes?!?!" and I'm always flabbergasted at the link between actual time that passed and what's going on with my body. So if I have a super O, I'll look at the time when it's all done and make a note of everything that happened.
To follow up with what @SOwithoutAneros just said, a super O really can feel "totally different from what you already know" and that's the primary #1 problem I had in even knowing I was having prostate orgasms of any kind and strength! I expected a more powerful O than my traditional O (which is already goddamn powerful). I expected ejaculation all on its own. I expected it all. What I didn't expect was the complete opposite from my TO: a build up almost more strong than that which precedes my TO, and then an abrupt end to it and a period of full body relaxation and heightened awareness of all things. I'm left with a "what the hell do I do with myself now?!?" kind of feeling. My super Os are so completely different from my TOs. They aren't better or worse, more strong or less, etc.
Please keep going forward! Don't stop! Next time make sure that time and your day are not a barrier to reaching what you feel is out there. Try to let nothing be a bother to you. That will only keep you from reaching the top. (Think about the mother trying to have an orgasm during sex with her husband: she's thinking about the kids, the phone call she didn't make, making lunches for school, something about the neighbor, vacuum the stairs, etc..) All those classic, tell tale barriers that prevent the female orgasm. Well, those same things plague men too!! If what you're going for is not as easy as tugging your cock to cum, imagine that mother plagued with annoying thoughts and try to zone it all out. Plan to relax, it makes it all the easier 🙂
It never stopped building, i waited probably a good 5 minutes of build before getting out of bed and removing the toy. The build did not level off at all. The first time the build did level off and stop but it didnt really follow up with anything. Maybe i missed it? I assumed with such a large build up i would notice SOMETHING. I was relaxed and listening as i always do. Hmmm seems strange to me, but over thinking probably killed the first one and the second one was interupted. I'm married and have a kid so getting along time in this tiny apparentment can be difficult for me.
@Qwerty1234, I'm sorry, but the more distractions there are, the more patience you will probably need.
