Travel safe?

Has anyone had issues with putting Aneros toy in carry on bag during air travel?

Yes, you are being overly anxious (a little guilty paranoia perhaps?) This issue has been discussed in numerous threads in the past and no one has reported any difficulties going through TSA screening procedures on domestic flights in the USA. However, there might be concerns if you are traveling to certain countries which have much more restrictive attitudes with regards to sexually oriented devices. An anonymous inquiry to such countries embassy information office would probably resolve any question you might have.

The few times I have travelled with it I would normally put it in my checked luggage.

I have traveled around the world (including China) with them in my hand luggage without any problems.
