important question: dont know if others have asked, I will have to look up, but heres my new fresh question. since my purchase of the classic Helix last week:
if u do NOT succeed first time achieving an BIG O with the Aneros: would it help to train your prostate every day? doing sessions of 15? 30 minutes? EVERY DAY,
so ur prostate or rectum-part gets used to it ? to eventually achieve an BIG O? would this idea work? or this method ?

I discovered the Aneros, or the stories of BIG ORGAMS way back in 2009, when I was 24, I bought myself an MXG/SGX,
and really really did my best to 'achieve an BIG O' , with practically no results. so after a while I threw away the MXG/SGX.
then discovered later on this forum: its not an plug and play device.
u need to AWAKEN or TRAIN your prostate. so u can AWAKEN THE HIDDEN POWER INSIDE OF YOU.
well, since I NEVER had anal play experience prior to that. I thought my Prostate was probably not sensitive or whatever.
but heres my new chance and new experience with the ANeros!!!

No one should discourage you from an Aneros session every day, at least initially. But rather than be on a "timetable" please let your body (and your prostate) guide your way. By the way, the Helix Classic is a great Aneros model. Although the Big-O would be great for you, you need to explore all the other subtle pleasures the Aneros has in store not only on your prostate, but your rectum, penis and other sex organs as well. Also, since you plan to do 60 minute sessions, make sure that the lube you will be using will last that long and will not dry out!

every other day a new session should pay off after a while.
same as I jogg every other day for 50/40minutes, 1 day Aneros, other day jogging. same as for my 5 Tibetan Rites every day! LIFE IS GOOD!!

@GuitarLovefan I admire your enthuiasm. You obviously enjoy yourself.
Be careful not to expect anything even after increasing session time. You are drawing a parallel between prostate rewiring and physical muscular development. They are somewhat similar but in your journey, you need to let your body decide the progress and pleasure it gives you. Don't be disappointed if the results are not as fast as you would like.
