Quick background, have been using a helix Syn and progasm ice since mid February, maybe a dozen sessions without much happening. This morning I set no expectations, cleared my mind of all the work I needed to accomplish today, dark room, no tv or iPad or music.
Lubed up, inserted the progasm, laid on my back with legs spread, began deep breathing (in through nose, out through mouth) after about 10 minutes I was getting a few involuntary twitches, which I have had before, decided to start massaging my nipples as I love nipple massage and play, OMG! Thanks guys! I still have a buzz throughout my body 24 hours later, I guess sleeping with my helix Syn in last night "might" have something to do with that.
But what an amazing experience yesterday morning though:)

Welcome and may your sessions bring you new and different pleasures (they will). Just don't overdo it at the beginning. After a while you'll be able to ride daily, but at first it might be wise to pace yourself.

Congrats! I find that after a good session, the buzz lasts for MANY days for me. And sometimes I will spontaneously break into orgasms without the Aneros in at all. Sounds like the ceiling to your journey is going to be very high!
