After I about 7 months of use I have finally mastered the steps to get me to a super orgasm and today I had 2 super orgasms in one session. Therefore , I thought I would share how I do it so people that may be struggling can make some progress.
Tools
1. Aneros Progasm Jr
2. ID glide pleasure lube
3. Movable handheld shower faucet
Step 1
I insert progasm jr with a lot of lube so it can move freely. Then I start out laying on my stomach and make contractions. While I make contractions I clench and move my butt muscles in a circular fashion. Once I can tell there is pleasure building I raise up on my two hands like a seal and clench and release my butt over and over in the circular motion. Then when the pleasure starts coming I pull in the pro jr really tight in my butt and hold while clenching and releasing butt. Once I have about two 5 minute or so sessions of pleasureful p waves I turn onto my back.
Step 2
In this step it's like what I did while on my stomach charged a battery. I contract in the pro jr and make the circular butt muscle movements. I hope that makes sense. Usually after two or three contractions and butt muscle movements my body starts going into convulsions and I start shaking violently. Let this happen, just go with it and look at it as preparing for your super O. When the convulsions stop a little I do the circular butt muscles movement again and then when I feel the orgasm coming on I turn back over on my stomach and proceed to step 3.
Step 3
Once I'm on my stomach again all it takes is a few more circular butt muscle movements and the super o starts. It's not like your lifting your butt in a circle, it's like you're no if your butt muscles in a wave technique, like tightening them and pushing up and down like a wave. I dunno if that makes it clearer.
So you're not talking about tightening the left buttcheek then over to the right buttcheek then back to left..

Yeah that's more of what I mean, it's like clenching them then releasing them in a wave pattern of fast and slow.
Update : just got home and I'm in the middle of session. Just got done with super o on bed, my steps work like clockwork. While having my session the best way I can describe circular butt movements is squeeze your butt muscles try to move them up and then push them away kind of like two gears moving up together then going apart and up together again.

Great that this works for you but it won't work for others. For me any form of clenching or gripping results in killing the session dead, but good it works for you.

Try it without finishing off with a Super T. I had a Super O yesterday and had no trouble with weightlifting today. That said I should probably ejaculate more than I do.
