My sessions are usually during the evening after 9:30pm and once in the week, in the morning at 9:30am while my better half is out for groceries. What time of day is best for your sessions and why?

Definitely, when I’am not tired. From noon to 4 pm.

Hi @rumel ,
Yes I had read it but it was a while ago and at my age, my memory is not as sharp as it once was. That post dates back to 2010 and I'm sure a lot of today's readers have not visited posts of a few years back.
This forum is absolutely great but it can be overwhelming if you try to read everything. I know it is for me. I do however go back on occasion peruse the past posts as there are a lot of very interesting entries.

My sessions are almost always in the early morning hours (3-6 AM). I am sleeping alone (in chastity) at that time and it is private. The only drawback is that I have to make sure that I am clean "down-there". If not, it can make for a very short session!
