I find the strength of prostate sensations increases very strongly when there is a delay of several days between Aneros sessions.
I am not sure why this is so, and interestingly, I have had a session followed by a super-T, then an hour later, felt horny again then had another session ending with a forceful, if not copious, ejaculation, so the effect seems to take time to 'set in'.
The increase in prostate sensation is much more strongly affected by time since last Aneros session than time since ejaculation (I don't ejaculate after sessions generally). However, the change in prostate sensation is similar to the increase in penis sensitation that I have always felt when there is a long time since last engaging in sexual activity.
Does anyone else find this effect in prostate sensitvity? It effects my Aneros use as I sometimes want to 'save up' the sensations. This may be good in terms of lifestyle, because it liberates time to do other things!
Very typical for me as well. Intensity of sessions is much more related to time between them than time since last ejaculation.
Yes. But for me, sans ejac., it's a sweet-spot somewhere between the 2nd and 4th day. Anything longer than a week and my prostate seems to take a long nap.
To go a bit further, if I do hold of on ejaculating for a longer than usual time my prostate also wants to "take a nap" as rook aptly describes.
This is a well documented phenomenon here in the Forum, one that varies from one individual to the next. My optimum time ranges between 3 to 5 days, depending on my schedule. Once you find what works for you.... go with it.

Has anyone also experienced an optimum in relation to regular masturbation and ejaculation for Aneros sessions and prostate sensations?
I feel like we're on the forefront of a science here lol.
I was slow and ground along for 13 months between the sensations of first insertion and my first Super-O. My 'optimal interval' changed over time.
The general trend was, that at first, my best Aneros sensations and peak of desire accrued from a long interval (a week or more) between ejac and a session. Later, as I began to experience better defined and consistent p-waves from Aneros sessions, the length of the 'optimal interval' grew shorter, foreplay and ejaculation began to compliment and enhance the Aneros side of my sensual being.
Now, traditional sensual desires and practices are increasingly interwoven with my ano-rectal-prostate-wholebody-mental desires and practices. As time goes on, the fabric grows stronger!
