I sincerely love this journey. Small little things you find out about your body.
I ran across something I would describe as a “tiny cough”. Basically I execute a series of small coughs. This involuntarily happened the first time as I was trying to control my breathing. This action causes a little tremor against my prostate. I think it uses the same muscles the doctor uses to check for hernias. It added a buzzing to my PC muscles movements to which now it sends me wild. The minute I do it the intensity rises and I start to feel a wetness move within my penis.
Wanted to see if anyone else had any experience with this technique.
never tried it, but that's a thought i hadn't had. I'll give it a shot later
@darkbond, I have just tried your "tiny cough" technique and love how it feels upon my prostate. Since I use my nights in bed as a laboratory for all things Aneros and Aless, tonight I hope to explore more fully your "tiny cough" technique! 😉
I haven’t had tiny coughs, but I’ve noticed natural, not forced yawns coz huge power surges that travel up my body,or maybe the chakras people refer too..
darkbond, great post idea.
Another similar breathing pattern.....While 'observing' women in videos of self-pleasuring, noticed many of them shared the same breathing pattern as they neared orgasm....
Held medium deep breath, 1,2,3...slightly forced or quick relaxed exhale followed by a medium deep inhale, held, 1,2,3,....quick relaxed exhale......repeat. repeat, repeat.....
When I am enjoying some A-less or Aneros time and play around with this pattern, I often notice a strong involuntary PC/Anal contraction when the exhale and relaxation hits bottom. Repeat the pattern and I enjoy another involuntary "bounce" after each exhale. continue.....
Hard to really describe, depth of held breathe, time of hold, and force/relaxation exhale timing, not really precisely defined.
(Maybe a search of women self-pleasuring will show the idea better than words can.)
You just have to play with it and RELAX to be rewarded.
This technique is really doing wild things to me. I’m really happy to share this. It adds a small but impactful dimension to sessions.
When I first read this post I thought, well that's weird I never cough unless I need to cough but thinking about it I might have something that could be similar. It's when It gets really good that while after holding my breath I do breaths out in small rhythmic puffs but to me, this feels more like a whimper esp when I do it with a moan. It's a bit similar maybe as how toddlers start crying. The pulsing midriff/abb nature of it feels good. It's more something that happens as something that I do though.
I think its fascinating how breath has an impact on arousal and the flow of energy. How this can be manipulated is something that I am very interested in but not that skilled. This technique has something to it though and I'll keep on exploring it. Thanks for sharing.
@Tommygunn I also had this yawning sensation you describe when I started out, also something that feels like I was about to sneeze. I too linked this with an energy upsurge. That stopped eventually though and now it feels different.
I am one of those 'chakra people' you refer to and I use that system to explain energy-related matters but it is not needed to think in yoga terms. If you can actually feel this energy and whether it's moving or not should be enough.
Yoga and meditation can help with getting your body ready or more accustomed to this flowing of energy if you ever feel like exploring this outside of Aneros play. The forceful and powerful nature of sexual energy makes it more difficult to work with. Outside of sexual play energy is a lot calmer and easier to deal with.
@Mitaru thanks,I’m currently training myself in meditation to help open up my chakras, and quiet my mind easier, because I do like exploring this rabbit hole and want to find out deep it goes. 😉
@darkbond: I like your maneuver. I have done a similar breathing maneuver for quite a while. It's basically, blowing out my breath as far as possible, but slowly and not forcefully. And then, when I am at the 'bottom' of the exhale, I gently move my diaphragm in and out a little. and I will feel pleasureable sensations down there that I can amplify. These can be made more effective by vocalizing--sort of "purring". That takes practice to "move it down there". It is the basis for the KSMO (key sound multi-O technique that you can read about both here in the forum and on their site (Jack Johnson). Cheers.
I tried this method with the Tempo this morning...good gawd...a whole other level of pleasure.
