Alright, so flexing the PC muscle, which pulses heavily during ejaculation to propel semen forward and is used to also stop urine flow, is something we've been saying for a long time to do during a session for a long time because it feels great. And it does. That said, I'm now able to trigger a lot of fantastic prostate orgasms including Super-Os by using the muscle that starts urine flow.
Obviously I'm not talking about anything kinky using urine here, but about doing the opposite of flexing the muscle that stops its flow. Folks, I've been really enjoying this new discovery but what do we call the muscle we flex that starts a flow, and has anyone else on here noted it as being something that triggered multiple orgasms? I've had almost a dozen Super-Os from this technique over the past couple days.
This is a technique I’m using since some weeks. Or a technique close to what you’re describing.
I contract lightly the rectal sphincter (the one we use to push outside when defeating) and, at the same time I contract the PC muscle. Amazing orgasms are usually the result of this combination of contracting these two muscles.
Those two muscles are used for kegel and reverse kegel training in the Stamena app.
Do you happen to know what muscle is used and how for relaxing urethral flow? That muscle's use (or not use) is something that sets off prostate pleasure and orgasms.

This should clarify your understanding of the muscles involved with urination -> Clinical and Functional Anatomy of the Urethral Sphincter.
Good Vibes to You!
Hmm, I'm starting to second guess where this muscle/sensation would be. In the Mindgasm training program, on the 4th lesson there is a muscle described as your "top" found by flexing an imaginary muscle at the tip of the penis.
This sensation is the same if not just a little different. Maybe I'm really letting go and relaxing my PC muscles or something? Either way it feels great.
@poseidon the reverse Kegel is a very useful tool during sessions. It helps with roll and with involuntaries. I worked on flexing ‘lower’ down,to avoid any pee sensation and to stave off ejaculation.
Probably unrelated, but I sometimes have great orgasms while I'm peeing or more so when its over!!! I buck my hips a little uncontrollably at the toilet as the urine is mostly out of me and when I flex my PC muscles to squirt the last little streams or drops out of me I can have a pretty deep, very pleasing orgasm.
Likely related, Aneros use ramps up the health of the PC muscles, those the OP is talking about and the ones we train through kegel exercising and give a work out to with Aneros use. I've found over, especially, the last 4 years or so that through several kinds of stimulation, be it peeing or just fluttering of the PC muscles, I can involuntary orgasms out of the blue. I have dry orgasms sometimes when my wife is giving me a blowjob or even just lightly touching me. My PCs flex and clamp down as they relax it triggers an orgasm and involuntary contractions.
Such benefits to our work on our pelvic floor, prostate, ass, PCs, you name it! Its all so good!!
Seconding this, if I need to pee during a session and I'm not erect, sometimes I won't bother removing the toy, it's an interesting feeling and you can play with stopping and starting the flow, makes for a great mind-muscle connection exercise too.
