Dear fellow members,

lately I explored my pelvic muscles further and I felt like the are actually 2 parts of the pc muscle. One located at the base of the penis and one closer to the anus. It's not the sphincter itself, I feel like the two are definitely separated.

Anyone else knows what I mean and might be able to tell me how I could use this to handle the Aneros more effectively?

You’re describing the bulbo spongeosis muscles up top and levatator ani down below. Up top is pushing the aneros into your prostate and down below is the foundation for the in and out movements that massage the gland.

Both muscle sets can supply tension. Other muscles around the PF can be isolated too.

There are numerous muscle groups in the pelvic floor. Please see the Aneros WIKI>Understanding Your Body>Pelvic Floor muscles for more information and some links to a couple of YouTube videos explaining them.

Good Vibes to You!
