Exercise of the pelvic floor muscles and other associated muscles certainly does help to increase health as well as control and pleasure and improve chances of a Super-O.
In fact just giving the crotch a "work out" so to speak may result in an increase of those pleasurable involuntary contractions around the perineum and anus even when not using the Aneros.
I recently purchased what is called "the miracle ball method". It is simply a pair of 4" rubber balls specifically designed to exercise different parts of the body. (I bought them for my back.)
Currently available on Amazon.com for $12.21. (includes small exercise book)
These soft rubber balls have adjustable firmness by using a regular basketball needle and they have a unique property in that they tend to "grip" the skin. I think they might be some type of silicon rubber versus the typical vinyl used in toy play balls.
I tried deflating one to slightly below static pressure and placed it between my, dry, bare legs.
I found this to be very comfortable and stimulating. The ball stays wherever I put it. Whether it be back towards the anus or forward towards the scrotum or right in the middle.
I can stand, walk around or sit and it's still quite comfortable and is giving the entire area a nice workout as I manipulate it between my legs.
I can even put on a pair of loose pants and get a work out in public. I wouldn't recommend long walks but it is quite comfortable in the car or around the office as long as you don't get to sweaty. (might result in your exercise equipment becoming dislocated.)
I highly recommend this $12.21 investment in your pelvic muscle health.
