tempo shipping delay

i ordered a tempo a week ago. the next day i got shipping info. but the tracking number only says that the shipper has notified the USPS of the package, but not shipped it. anybody else had this, and did it get shipped, or is there a problem with the order?

the exact thing happened to me back around christmas time when I ordered my vice. After waiting a week with no other notification, I emailed support to find out that the items were backordered. I was told that the shipment info should have not been sent and they were checking into it.
Looks like they failed to correct the problem

My experience with both Vice and Tempo:
There seemed to be a one day delay between the shipping data (printing of the label and assignment of the tracking number) and the actual arrival of the package at the Houston Sorting center. It then took over for the package to clear sorting in Houston USPS. (Has to be the slowest processing of any major city in the U.S. ) Then, there was almost a day in getting the package out of Houston. ...
