Tempo: is it the biggest device?

It is a slightly larger and longer Peredise. The Progasms are much larger.

Anyone have success with this device?

The Peridise is one of my favorites. I bought a Tempo and will admit it it looks beautiful in all stainless steel. Unfortunately it is a bit longer and somewhat pointed at the end. I find that it sort of pokes me and just isn't comfortable. I was truly disappointed because I really looked forward to its use. The MGX, Eupho, Helix and even Progasm (although a bit big for my liking) all do the trick.

For me, the Tempo gives me more pleasure than any other. Once you learn how to use it it can give great variety in your sessions. It doesn't stimulate the prostate directly, but with practice your prostate will be stimulated by the anal stimulation. The trick with the Tempo is not to insert it fully, like you would with a prostate massager. Insert the bulbous end until you can squeeze it in with your muscles and leave it there. There will be a bit sticking out, but that's ok, it's an anal stimulator not a prostate massager. Have fun.

@Bunk. I agree with you. The Tempo is a great device, I love the look, but as you say it has to be used in a different way.

My experience and sensations are as @Bunk & @Downunder describe. For me, this isn't a tool for dry, prostate centered orgasm

Late in a Tempo session when my penis bulb (Crus) is well engorged Tempo causes pressure on the Pudential nerve bundle that transmits Penis sensations. There's also a fair amount of pressure upward into the lower lobe of my Prostate. As a result,Tempo gives me a mix of anal and Penis signals along with some very faint prostate sensations.

When I apply some nipple stim to that 'witch's brew,' involuntaries get started and sometimes fall into an HFWO.

The Tempo is one of my favorites. As was mentioned, a little different technique is required.

I think this is where the benefits of strengthening the kagel muscles pays off. Moving the little beauty around sets off an aggressive auto-fuck, more so than my other models. My first choice for a unit to sleep with.
