Has any one been for a session with a tantra therapist? If so: What were your experiences? Was it life changing? Did it help you with any emotional issues that you had? As a result How have your aneros sessions improved since you went?

Thanks

P

Had a tantric massage 20 years ago, lasted 1.5 hours cost $ 150.00. Purely physical involving the penis, balls and prostate with numerous toys . Edged then switched off to balls, then on to prostate used small dildo at the end had a thick 8" in when allowed to cum

I'm thinking of seeing a tantric therapist but not to have an interesting orgasm. I want to go for other reasons.

[LIST=1]

  • I want to have a new experience
  • I'm single at the moment and kind of crave intimacy
  • I can't get relaxed and be turned on at the same time and thought that that kind of session might help me over my hump
  • It's meant to help you deal with a few issues and I have some...
  • I'm a bit of a sex geek and wouldn't mind learning more about tantra first hand.
  • @HopefulMMOer I already know where my prostate is. I just cut my fingernails short, lubed up a finger and went on journey of self discovery up my ass one day. Found it rather freaky to say the least.

I was researching tantric massage today. Here is a summary of the sequence:

1 begin by loosening the trapezius using cream or oil. Cross the thumbs, working Ida and Pingala, the 2 sides of the spine. Go up the spine to the trapezius spreading the lube and gently working the muscles to loosen tension

2 use percussion with the side of your dominant hand to vibrate the sacrum and start awakening the energy

3 towel off excess lube and start kissing the spine, lips parallel to it, with dry lips and warm breath, from the sacrum to neck

4 use dry friction rubbing with dominant hand using quick small up and down motions from the sacrum to the neck, to produce heat and flushing indicative of the movement of kundalini

5 continue dry friction rubbing rapidly between shoulder blades to affect heart and throat chakras.

This is supposed to produce an altered state of consciousness and get you attuned to your partner. It can be used alone or as foreplay. There is further optional massages of the genitals. It's supposed to be the classic tantric technique. It's from Sacred Sex by Mark Michaels and Patricia Johnson.

Be aware that some but not all of providers who advertise these types of "tantra" services are ripoffs. Many are not the real deal. Some subpar providers who couldnt make ends meet in other sex work figure only shy and sensitive men want this kind of attention, compared to other sex services, and take advantage. Go to someone with a lot of independent reviews or other social proof.

I do massage exchange with similar minded friends. Tantric massage tends to be same as regular risky massage but with longer, slower strokes. Soothing music and essential oils also heighten the senses.

    Take lots of practice.
