Support: Please help...Username Question

Is there any way to change your user name? I've been trying to reach support for several weeks (support@aneros.com), but I keep getting an auto-response email. This is really stressing me out, as my other name on here constantly shows up in Yahoo and Bing searches.

What would you like your username to be? Not sure why you would be getting an auto-response email from us.

Would it be possible to send a private email with previous name/email and new name? I would prefer to keep the old one confidential. Thanks again...
