I have chronic prostatitis and was wondering if I can do prostate drainage/milking by doing a Super T? Would doing a super T unclog the acini and release built up infected prostatic fluid? Since massaging the prostate with the Aneros alone wouldn't cause any fluid to come out so I would think that masturbating while having the aneros in would help unclog the acini and help move the trapped fluid out....? Does anyone else think this would work?

YES you can ! FYI, High Island Health LLC is the parent company & manufacturer of the Aneros ® brand of prostate massagers. These patented devices were originally developed for prostate health purposes and are currently offered for sale as the Pro-State ® line of massagers on the High Island Health website.

Would doing a super T unclog the acini and release built up infected prostatic fluid?

YES, please see the ongoing Columbia Medical School study using the Pro-State massagers.

Actually, you can use your Aneros device to cause release of prostate fluid (i.e. "milking") without orgasmic ejaculation, though the process may be slow to occur.

Does anyone else think this would work?

From the Aneros WIKI - The Super-T is a super traditional orgasm. An ejaculatory orgasm from traditional penile stimulation (copulatory, manual or oral) but occurring with the Aneros inserted and characterized by: deep and intense ejaculatory contractions; more ejaculatory contractions; a greater volume of ejaculate; and other responses similar to those in a "Super-O". Good Vibes to You !

That is why I want to get very much a PS-New from High Island Health soon. Aneros Customer Support told me a few days ago that that model is the first Pro-State/Aneros device to be market. The PS-New is designed to facilitate the milking of the prostate.

BTW, @rumel, I love reading your posts. They are so descriptive and to the point! 😉

Thank you for the informative reply rumel. BigGlansDc, do you know if the model is designed to milk the prostate by itself or does it require manual stimulation as well (super T) ?

@onepunchman, it is PS-New and sold by High Island Health: http://www.highisland.com/detail.php?categoryid=1&productid=2

PS-New works by itself and does milk the prostate. It doesn't require manual stimulation.

Aneros.com should add PS-New to its lineup of Aneros prostate massagers.

Hope this helps you!

Sorry, i am skeptical about all of this. Having been a long term sufferer from what used to be called prostatitis, I am reasonably well informed. I don't know that there is any current urological support for the idea that "prostatitis" is actually a result of infection, nor that "draining" it is effective.

@onepunchman, what are your symptoms? I suggest you look into "chronic pelvic pain syndrome."

In my case, my symptoms have reduced drastically to the point that they are barely an issue.

I do think the aneros can help, but is not for the reason cited by HIH, or above.

In my case, I theorize that, in order to get the most pleasure out of the aneros, I have had to train (in a biofeedback sense) my pelvic floor to relax.

While it is true that the aneros is driven by involuntary contractions, those contractions can only ignite in a very relaxed and receptive pelvic floor.

So in my case, I have gotten into a positive biofeedback loop where learning to relax my pelvis has led to greater success with the aneros, and that has led to greater relaxation.

Darwin.

@darwin I agree with you as I discoverd that mine is pelvic floor pain also. I'm interested in your methods to train the pelvic floor to relax. I've used stretches and am always interested in what works for other people. Thanks in advance

I wouldn't use an Aneros during an active infection of the prostate, but it doesn't seem that's what you're describing here. If it's just "chronic prostatitis" i.e., congestion, discomfort, sensation of incomplete ejaculation, chronic pelvic discomfort, peeing more often than you feel you should, then Aneros use is helpful for most individuals. Regular ejaculation and certainly when this is aided by Aneros use which encourages more thorough ejaculation, is beneficial in treating chronic prostate symptoms.
