I agree, the Orgasms from the Anerous are out of this world, Man I mean awsome. You have hit it once, you will get there again. Those factors that you mentioned can have a huge effect on your sessions. I have started many of sessions thinking that things were going to go great only to find that they were duds. If they were all good, I guess you would not appreciate it when they are EXTREMELY good.

I think you would find a video less helpful than you think. I do not really get any spasms or really any outward signs... maybe a little heavy breathing... I think it would probably look different for everyone, and might just be another distraction. I find that the more I think about the way other people achieved success, the less I pay attention to what actually feels good for me. Some people say contractions get them there, yet I find that pushing out does it for me. I am not a doctor, so can't really say for sure, but I am assuming it has to do with how you are built.

As an update, I have not reproduced the intensity of my first Super O, but I have had success since. Each time is a little different, and a little more informative.

cagliostro- my aneros experience sounds exactly like yours. a few weeks ago i felt like i hit the jackpot... amazing, almost mindbending, surging sensations, but unfortunately sinse then i havent been able to get it back. ive tried imagining the sensations i felt, ive tried doing nothing, completely relaxing etc but no dice. i think that when i hit my next super o (gotta be optimistic!) it will be reached through a different method. regardless, i still luv my aneros and hold no ill will against it for not working like i hoped it would. best of luck

I had the same exact thing happen. I swear I had a small super "O" only to have it completely vanish on me. It's like torture because you know what's coming only you can't find it anymore. It's like going to Disneyland only to find your favorite ride is shut down. As for me expectation of what to come was what was killing me. I had gotten very wrapped up in trying to make it happen. Anything to get those sensations going again. I remember finishing some sessions really frustrated... almost angry. Instead of letting the Aneros lead me I was trying to lead it. Trust me it just won't work that way. As I've said before HAVE ZERO EXPECTATIONS, AND DON'T GET FRUSTRATED. I've got to tell you this will be hard for y'all because you know what to expect... trust me toss it all away and start over. It will come back quickly. For me, it came back after about 4 or 5 sessions when I finally shifted my way of thinking. Anyway I know this was posted awhile ago, I just don't want other users to get as frustrated as I did. It will hapen. I hope y'all have had success since.
