So I recently asked about not being able to have a super T however I think I have had a misconception about what this is. After reading the wiki it seems to be a ejaculatory orgasm caused by masturbating but finishing with your aneros contractions and having a longer more intense orgasm. This is what I have always had and had considered them Super O's. I can insert aneros and concentrate and eventually have an ejaculating orgasm with contractions and ejaculation but its longer and way more intense than normal masturbating. I do this without touching my penis but it feels similar to masturbating and then climaxing. Is this a Super T and not O. Have I inadvertently stopped my progress towards super O's by achieving super Ts and confusing them with O's. I've had some dry orgasms sometimes but I always continue to ejaculation. It's really intense and last about 30 seconds or so but now i'm not so sure this is a super O as most people don't ejaculate. or maybe this is a combination? Wondering if I should aim to not ejaculate and search for something more or if what I'm doing now is the Super O. I know this sounds like i'm obsessing on definitions and semantics but I just want to be able to distinguish the two and make sure I'm not impeding on my own journey without realizing it.

What you have described is a HFWO-Super-T, this type of orgasm is not very common and many users have sought to obtain these types of orgasms. By definition it is not a Super-O because you ejaculated.

I doubt you've stopped your progress but you may be slowing advancement. If you want to avoid the ejaculations, you might try consciously relaxing all those pelvic floor muscles which naturally increase tension on the buildup toward orgasm, especially as you approach your PONR. This is part of training your body in the 'rewiring' process.

Yeah, you're obsessing a little bit but in terms of communicating it is best when we all share the same understanding of the words being used. I'm glad you took the time to read some of the Aneros WIKI, you might also benefit from reading through the Glossary for some particular word meanings.
Good Vibes to You !
