I'm about 5 months into my journey with aneros. Started with an SGX but now use a Helix Syn. I have not experienced a super o yet. This morning during a session, I was feeling multiple PWaves and a rock HARD erection. Every now and then a slightly more powerful wave came over me. Then out of the blue a quick jolt of great pleasure came over me that gave me a shiver of mild ecstasy. I thought for a moment "here it comes, finally." But just as soon as it started the shiver went away. Has anyone experienced this before?

It reminds me of my miniOs but when interrupted. I concur with AneRico on probably tensing too much at the realisation of it coming or as a reflex reaction at unusually intense pleasure. You have to teach yourself to relax into it.

To me this experience is both a good sign of your progresses and also a valuable precedent you can use to have a better idea of what to expect. The shiver is typical to me.

@Mattp

Did it see to you that, when the 'jolt' hit, that you somehow physically tensed up or in some way resisted it almost automatically? That happens.

Even the simple thought of "here it comes" can get you tensing against the rush of sensation.

That is exactly what happened. I tensed right up and it quickly went away. Bummer! I guess I'll have to try again.
