Like to the tune of between 4 and 6 hours practically every day for the past 2 weeks?

@Spanishguy69 Listen to your body. If there's no pain or discomfort, and it feels good, there shouldn't be any problem. I have fallen asleep on numerous occasions without any discomfort after a full night sleep.

It might not hurry results though. Quite often less is more in this case.

@Spanishguy69, I agree with @Pavlov. Listen to your body when you have extended Aneros sessions. The Aneros directions for use suggest 90 minutes for use for Aneros beginners. If your body feels worn out in one of these sessions, stop it and clean up. You can return in a few days when your body has become well-rested.

A good six months into my Aneros journey, I attempted a four hour session using all my Aneros models one after another. Towards the end of the session, it felt my body had been set on fire! That was on a late Saturday afternoon. It took my going to a church service for my body to calm down and the fire to become extinguished.

Are you actually making progress? If everything is going well, you feel no discomfort and it isn't currently negatively impacting your current lifestyle, I don't see a problem.

@Spanishguy69 , I agree with @Tuatra , you seem to worry much more than you need to. Your mind should focus more on the pleasures you get rather than over-analysing every bit of your process. You are doing everything right; just sit back, relax and enjoy. Your rewiring journey will be much better. You are probably already getting waves of enjoyment you never had before Aneros. Enjoy!

The way I look at it, when you first learn to drive, you are encouraged to spend as much time on the road as possible! So why limit your Aneros usage if you are "driving" safely? Right on, @Spanishguy69! But listen to your friends on Aneros too for useful advice!
