Hi @Charlie1, I have found the Maximus Classic and Progasm models offer the most prostate pressure/stimulation. Eupho Classic and Progasm Junior are also good. I haven't tried any of the Trident line yet.

@Charlie1, since the Progasm models are the largest models of the Aneros line, it may take it a while to use them proficiently. It took me a good six months to use them confidently. Progasm Junior is a good model for beginning Anerosers. Helix Classic, one of the first Aneros models to be marketed is a good model for Aneros pressure and stimulation. Aneros Trident may be better for you. I just love Aneros Junior for its effectiveness too!

Progasm gives the most pressure. It can be really intense sometimes.

Thanks everyone. I have a trident max, and so far it’s worked the best but I don’t think I’ll ever be a big O guy. God knows I’ve tried

Just one month today, I bought a Syn. I have been pretty much a homophobe throughout my life, and my arse has been a no-go area. In fact, not since 1972 has anything been up there; my girlfriend, at the time, stuck a finger up me, and my anus immediately contracted around it to squeeze out a stupendous orgasm. Despite the hedonism of that, I was freaked out--told her never to do it again! And when my wife, of thirty years now, asked me--in the early days--to fuck her up the arse, well I let her know, in no uncertain terms, that she would never get that off me! Still, the orgasms she experienced from clitoris stimulation made mine seems paltry and feeble--in comparison. Shrinks talk about women having penis-envy, my experience is that my wife can have my penis (in her) whenever she wishes; but her orgasms are not transferrable to me. And I do envy those orgasms of hers. As said earlier: I have been a virulent homophobe throughout my life. I still desire women strongly-- and men not at all; but the last couple of years has seen me mellow and become lovingly tolerant of close friends who now reveal themselves to have been in denial about their sexuality. Talking with them about the physiology of orgasm, introduced me to the mysteries of the prostate. After a lot of procrastination, I treated myself on my birthday to a Syn.
I gave it a go on the day of arrival. But despite masses of lube, full insertion proved too difficult--my arse would simply not unclench enough. Nevertheless, the stimulation had given me a hard-on, so I took it to a manual wank. Well, what is uncanny is that when I came, sensations of pleasurable orgasm were entirely absent. What I experienced instead was very strong contractions in my cock. Kegels in my cock! A displaced memory, maybe, of those contractions many decades ago? That's what it felt like. And though, I did not feel anything resembling the intense pleasure that I was seeking, there was a tonic effect on my mood--and general feeling of physical well-being--that lasted over successive days. I was convinced that my money had been well-spent--for the "psychoactive" effects alone.
A couple of days later, I had another go at insertion. This time, my arse was pliant and accommodating, and the Syn slipped in neatly. Someone on another thread, the other day, used the metaphor of the Aneros being an anal pacifier. I think that is very apt. I spent 3 hours or so, with the Syn inside me: my sonos system playing easy-listening; cover over my eyes; just sinking into a region of my body that is unknown to me. Unknown regions of my mind too. Tests show me to be very much a left-brain type of man. 3 hours with the Aneros and the bland music from my speakers sounds exquisitely complex; colours seem brighter, and nuanced in shade; mundane objects take on the appearance of works of art. Is this my right-brain waking up at last? I wonder.
So, I am definitely a convert to the Aneros products. If I never have a super O , what I have been experiencing means my money has found a fantastic return!
It does occur to me though that the Syn may not be engaging at all with my prostate. I am not a King Kong sized man--more a Viet Cong body type: 5'6'. Reading the forums, has informed me that the MGX is most popular with Japanese--who tend more to my height and wiry body type. Should I purchase a MGX? I am not dissatisfied with what the Syn does for me. Aneros claim that it suits 98% of users. What though if I am in the 2% who might have been better buying the MGX?

I think that the Progasm is indeed the model that puts the most pressure on the prostate of the models that I have tried (not that many). It feels more direct than a Trident Max. I have to say though that I really like the Peridise models because they don't do much direct prostate work. I find it harder to orgasm with but I get more anal centred orgasms from it when I do. To me, it feels very teasing and it has a buildup that I enjoy. It's a bit different but very nice. It might be worth trying a different route if you have not already done so.

If you want to experiment with full pressure I like to recommend the Njoy pure wand. I have this thing for a couple of weeks now so I'm still in the middle of learning how to use it. While I have not been able to get a 'big O' or a more full body orgasm out of it I find it really easy to get more prostate focused orgasms. For some reason, I want to keep on going with it and really have to pace myself. It is very intense and makes me all horny and tingly.
It also makes you really feel the prostate swelling up and responding to what you do manually that could help. The amount of pressure can be kept up or varied according to what you want because of the curve and weight of it. The big end especially is so big that it's hard not to hit it and feels amazing. It might look scary but it feels very soft, warm and sensual. You need some experience in order to fit it though.

I don't think it will automatically lead to something because it too has a learning curve but it might teach you some new things about your body and some prostate awareness or just a fun new way to play if you are able to spend some money because it is kind of expensive.

As for not being a Big O guy. I actually have been into ass play since I was 10 years old or something and I always had toys that I used (with great shame). I think in hindsight I was already able to orgasm from anal but never thought that I could because of the lack of ejaculation and not knowing wtf I was doing, I just kept on chasing something that made no sense. It was only when I discovered Aneros toys when I was 29 when it started to connect for me when I got way further by doing nothing at all. So that's most of my life that I was fumbling about. Knowing that I liked it but never really getting anywhere. I think the 'getting it' is a process.

Thanks for the recommendations. I looked at the Njoy---no thanks! I don't wish to go on a unicorn chase with these toys. It's just that the references to height differences have alerted me to the possibility that the MGX should have been my choice. I am rather an outlier physically. I am above the 90th percentile for Neanderthal genes. So, it is not at all unlikely that I am also in the 2% whose anatomy is not entirely compatible with the Syn. As I said, the Syn is proving a lot of fun, anyway. I am just a glutton for pleasure.

I started the Aneros journey a mere 9 days ago, when I got my Progasm in the mail. I wish I'd found this forum first, because I would have ordered a Helix instead. The Progasm, from what I've read, is not necessarily for beginners. It takes up a lot of space and I think its sheer size and weight keeps it from moving it too much on a beginner prostate. At least, that's what it feels like. The Helix syn is described as being a little smaller and a little more flexible. Aneros has a handy buyers guide where a shopper can tick boxes to find the best fit, and this forum is an incredible resource tool for tools!

The analogy I use is a box (anus), stuff (Aneros), and wiggle room (involuntaries)

if you over fill your box with too much stuff... it won’t close - you have to find smaller stuff.
if you stuff your box so full it rips... well you ain’t using that box again until it’s fixed!
if you stuff you box full... And force it closed... but there is no wiggle room.
When your stuff fits in the box just right it closes easily, and you have wiggle room - you’ve found the right size!
if you under fill your box it’s basically empty - get bigger stuff!

good luck packing!

The progasm is my last choice. Just too big to enjoy much movement action. The Helix is a lot more fun. Interestingly, the slender eupho is my favorite. It leaves a lot of room for movement, and it takes full advantage in responding.

I've found position much more important than model. No matter what I use I get the best results lying face down on the bed.

Wish I could get the same results lying on my back as I find it more comfortable but......
