Strictly anal orgasms(with no prostate stimulation) seem kind of rare

Totally agree with goldenboy - intense anal orgasms are most definitely possible independent of prostate stimulation. The Peridise and Tempo can provide the stimulation to achieve them. When stimulated the anal wall and the anus itself will orgasm repeatedly and give intense quivering pleasure!

For me, anal orgasms have been a very welcome part of sex with my wife. I usually prefer to get nipple stimulation while getting anal stimulation. That facilitates very intense anal orgasms. I am multi-orgasmic with multiple erogenous zones that elicit orgasms. Not necessarily every zone every time, but often more than one zone is in play at a given sexual session. The anal area is one example and I do not have to receive prostate stimulation, internal or external, to experience an orgasm that occurs due to specific anal play. However, when the time is perfect, and many erogenous zones are "active", I can experience orgasms from focal stimulation to various zones. And, certainly, if many zones are getting their fair share, the orgasms are super awesome. So, all together, one at a time, anal only, nipple only, etc., or combinations of various areas!
