I have a Question for anyone who can answer. I have not rewired yet but during sessions would it be ok to play with my penis in order to increase arousal but not ejaculate or should I completely leave it alone? I would think it would increase arousal, but the trick would be stopping well before you come close to triggering ejaculation. But would that interfere with rewiring?

@aneros_user113188 if you are serious about getting great prostate pleasure you need to sperate prostate play from penile play; totally! Involving your penis in your Aneros sessions only confuses your mind as it's natural tendency is to give orgasm through the penis. The end results is that your rewiring process will most likely not be successful. You need to chose which is more important to you;instant gratification or long term pain for long term gain.

It seems you have been a member of this forum since Nov 2014. Along the way, I'm sure you read a few posts on this subject if not the WIKI. It is after all one of the very basic rule for success in prostate play.

Good luck and good vibes to you.

Stimulating your nipples is a better option my friend.

IMHO, Yes, it will interfere with the rewiring process but this is not a simple Yes or No answer. The journey to developing consistent prostate orgasmic responses requires a shift in paradigm thinking about the whole orgasmic process. Please read @Cockadoodle ’s classic thread Penis, NOT for some insight here. While I agree with @GGringo 's general advice, I don't agree with his statement "...long term pain for long term gain.", Aneros use should never be painful.@The_Bishop 's suggestion of using nipple stimulation as an alternative supplemental arousal technique is excellent, exploit other bodily hot spots as well (see Erogenous hot spots in the Aneros WIKI). Once you have become proficient at inducing prostate orgasms (i.e. sufficiently rewired), then introducing penile stimulation, as you have described, back into your sensual arousal techniques may well be very effective in increasing your pleasure response.
Good Vibes to You !

@rumel is absolutely right! My bad choice of words is misleading and I apologise for writing them. I'm the first to state I never have a bad session and, I might add, I never had pain in my journey. A better selection of words should have been revolving around 'patience' rather than 'pain'.

BTW, good advice from @The_Bishop ; it works!

Well, haven't been here for a while, but I stick my head in for a quick read every now and then and this thread caught my eye 🙂

Last night I was lying next to my wife in bed (she was asleep) so couldn't use the aneros and started masturbating normally but wanted a prostate orgasm not just a quick normal wet orgasm. I had a good solid and very satisfying 30 minute prostate orgasm with no ejaculation just from normal masturbation - using breathing, concentration and relaxation, and masturbating during it ramped up the pleasure considerably. So as @rumel says it's not a Yes or No answer: best to avoid it whilst you 're-wire' but otherwise it's mix and match.

@aneros_user113188 Whenever I see a reply from @rumel , I make sure I read it. It is usually full of excellent info and links. I would consider what he is saying along with the other experts and senior members responses you see here.

Like @smudgefish I had a similar event this week. My prostate woke me in the middle of this nite... sometimes its just a little zing. So I groggily began some Aless slight contractions that turned into beautiful orgasms... then ramped it up with slow steady masturbation with one hand and the other with nipple play. Wow... just a wonderful ride of waves of orgasmic bliss. Then went back to sleep. All of this.... because I have been patient, persistent and took the advice on the WIKI and the posts of others. Took years for me to come this far. Well worth it!

Thank you for all of the Replies. I’m going to try to really stick to no masturbation and no touching my penis at all for at least a month and just use the aneros every few days and let see what happens

Yah man just let the Aneros or whatever you got for prostate stim get you to have a real orgasm. Just don't expect it to feel like an ejaculatory orgasm, because for me it's not. It's similar or almost close enough to feel like one, but it isn't. Once you have mastered dry orgasms and super Os, you can add in some penis stim if you want. I do from time to time. I usually never get hard while touching my cock, and the stimulation sends an electrical pulse right down my cock into my prostate and it triggers involuntary contractions that are usually unlike any other IC I have from not touching my cock at all, or whether I am squeezing and pulling my nipples or not. During sessions, say a 40 minute one, I might only stimulate my cock in various ways for 5 minutes, maybe a few minutes more, depends on how many Os I'm having. I've also had prostate orgasms, both with and without a toy in my ass, while my wife touches my body, touches my cock and even gives me a blowjob. I have distinct dry Os while in her mouth either flaccid or erect.

After I got rewired, I've found that prostate Os come from lots of different stimuli and situations. I've had several while doing mindfulness practice, and I'll have one within the first few minutes of my practice. I don't know why that happens, it just does! (Distracting as F for meditation though.) I sometimes have mini Os while peeing or as I'm trying to finish up peeing, my prostate must like the fluid racing through it and the muscular work the prostate itself does while making urine come out.

Enjoy the sensations and good luck!
