but sometimes i want something a little bigger and ive really been thinking about getting a dildo. Im just nervous using a toy bigger than the aneros will loosen me up and it will affect my aneros usage.

That won't happen as long as you don't go for rather big diameters beyond 5 cm / 2 inches (most likely the limit is far beyond that, but I can only speak from personal experience and never went further so far). Plus: regular Aneros riding tones your pelvic and anal muscles so there is nothing to fear.

If not I will 100% get a bigger dildo but if anyone has experience will them ruining their sessions I will fight my urge because the super o is still the goal.

Hm, a bigger dildo won't ruin your sessions, but it (presumably) won't help reaching the super-o either. Going smaller is generally better, because the bottleneck is not the stimulation itself, but your brain doing something with the stimulation. It's much like starting a campfire: too much blowing will kill the spark, very gentle blowing is the way to go.

On the other hand, using something "life-sized" can be a huge turn-on. So if you like the idea, don't hesitate. Whatever feels good is allowed (If you feel pain or discomfort, don't overcome it with force but with patience and slow stretching. You must never feel pain!).
