So far I have had sessions with my helix and eupho and have gotten some degree of sensations from both. I was having some issues with the lube drying up so I gave the condom method a shot. This helped but I noticed that when I applied the method outlined in the wiki a good amount of lube would get squeezed out upon inserting the aneros. I finally settled on a variation where I insert the condom first, then the lube, and finally the aneros. I have used this method twice and it seems to work well for me.

Would you tell what type of lube are you using for your sessions and how much do you injected into your rectum. Do you find more confortable to have your sessions at night or during the day. I use an old down pillow so that it is easy to fold. It probably lifts my butt off the bed no more that an inch or two. It's basically there to keep the handle of the aneros from touching the bed. I always lie on my back during my sessions as well since lying on my side or stomach doesn't seem to do anything for at this point.

The motion I described in my post was involuntary, I never voluntarily move, except contractions. So during my session I just lay there and do deep breathing to relax and fantasize. I usually just do light contractions but sometimes I'll mix it up and do harder ones. For me the lighter ones seem to be more productive. Until recently I would always have my feet straight out but during my last session I bent my knees and had some interesting results from that so I will be doing that morek. So far I haven't had any issues with the aneros slipping out.

I used to inject the lube directly but was having issues with drying so now I use the condom method with a variation: I first insert the condom, inject 2 or 3 cc's of lube into the condom and then insert the aneros. I've done this twice so far and I think it works well to combat drying issues. I always do night sessions but at point will do a session in the morning to mix things up.
Lastly, don't forget to have fun while doing this stuff. If you obsess about it it will take the fun out of it. Also don't be afraid to try different stuff, as you will discover what works for you best. Have fun.

Sounds to me like you were RIGHT THERE. You just need a little nudge to go over the edge. This the point during my sessions where I extend my legs flat out on the bed and S-T-R-E-T-C-H, like you would do when you wake up in the morning. As you stretch, do a few Kegels and with any luck KABOOM! 🙂

It is kind of weird though because during the session this happened before I started shaking like crazy I some had mild p-waves but nothing more, I bend my knees and then start to shake like crazy. While it was happening there was slight pleasure in my anus and deeper but nothing earth shattering that's often described. I was kind of confused by what had happened because I would have thought that there would have been more build up. Is it possible for a hands free dry orgasm to sneak up like that? Regardless of whether I was on the edge or not I now do think what happened tells me that the knees bent position puts the aneros in better contact with my prostate so I will be using that position more.
I think that my level of arousal during my sessions may not be as high as it could be which might be why when I get some of these effects I don't get a high level a pleasure. Maybe the right nerves are being stimulated but because I'm not aroused enough my body interprets the stimulation in a more non-erotic way? That's just my take on it.
I've been periodically doing the exercises you suggested in your epic first post and I think I'm starting to get better at separating the two different contractions.
Lastly, even though I have not had a hands free dry orgasm and I really can't say when and if I'll ever have one it's still fun having sessions. Yep, it is... There have been several sessions where I was thinking... Yeah... This is going to be a dud, nothing's happening, I'm not in the zone, the usual buttons aren't firing off, etc... Then I'll just give up, relax, empty my head, and do nothing for a bit. Then I'll start the ignition sequence again so to speak and out of nowhere, I'm back on the O-train.
Because it snuck up on you, your body or mind wasn't really ready for it... Your brain is like WTF was that??? That's new! As you rewire though the brain adapts quickly, it wants to feel that again, and again, in time the advice I gave out will move to an instinctual level. At that point you'll still have to get the ball rolling, but once you do, you really won't have to think much about anything.
I'm glad you liked that initial post I threw out there, honestly I didn't think it would sorta blow up like it did. But I got tired of reading all the posts where people were complaining the thing didn't work. As I've said before I was a skeptic for a long time, then one day I sorta put it all together, and posted my findings out here.
I think the problem a lot of people have is they simply don't know the capabilities of all the "parts" they've been given (or for that matter know that certain parts even exist). They don't realise, or comprehend the subtleties that their lower abdomen's are capable of, and complain when they pop it in and there isn't a spectacular instant result. At the end of the day, the aneros is more like a set of training wheels, sort of pointing out how everything is hooked up down there, once you figure it out, the results are repeatable even without the device.
Each person is different, but you have the right mindset, just play, explore, learn about yourself, and one day (probably pretty soon for you) it will all come together.
