Sleeping with the helix inserted

I am a newcomer to the Helix. Thus far I haven't experienced the mini O's or the super O's. I'm practising at least two or three times a week and am learning more with experience. Meanwhile, I wonder about "letting go." I read the posts and question whether I've done this, or even how to do this. I've thought falling asleep with the Helix inserted might be the best approach for relaxation -- kind of letting the body do what it will with the Helix. I've read a couple of posts where people did this, but would welcome any other insights about falling asleep with the Helix inside of you.

Hi there

I'm in much the same position as you: new to the helix, using it about every other day, learning but not really feeling like I'm progressing.

I truly believe relaxation is the key; without relaxation the contractions seem to do nothing for me, even following Brian's advice about simultaneous bearing down (rectal) and tightening (anal) contractions. While it all feels nice, most of the time I have an inner tickling (during the day) which feels like my body telling me I'm extremely horny and in need of relief to get rid of it, but I know the sensation is only slightly related to my penis.

I *must* be becoming more relaxed and receptive to our friend because after my session last night I slept the night through and was very surprised to find a piece of plastic sticking out of my arse this morning, since I had assumed I removed it. When I first started with the Helix barely 2 weeks ago, I was so conscious of it after insertion (which itself is getting a lot easier and quicker) that I could not put its presence out of my mind.

I was sort of hoping that something might happen during my relaxed, unconscious state, but nothing did: I didn't have any dreams which I can recall, nor did I awake in the throes of a super-O or anything like it.

As an aside, reading B's best of the Bee-line, I put my research cap on to find a source for his female multiple orgasm erotica and discovered beautifulagony.com. I don't know if this is indeed where his contact got the said material, but I would highly recommend this fare if one is wishing to get as mentally stimulated as possible! A couple of the videos I have extracted the audio from, looped the "action" parts over and over and stuck them on the iPod to use during a session. There's actually a sample movie on google video and she's one of the hottest girls featured on the site.

Best,

WM

Good luck trying to sleep. It is almaost impossible to get sleep with it inserted. Just as you start to doze off, you start twitching and hope the best will happen. So far for me, no luck. I have gotten to sleep with it inserted by using a sleeping pill. Other than that, no sleep unless I remove it.
Good luck

Hi

When I got my helix a month ago, having it inserted was so stimulating there was very little chance of my getting to sleep. I realized very quickly though that this was because I was insufficiently relaxed to even appreciate the Helix, let alone sleep.

After the 4th or 5th session, using the passive method, I had the helix inserted for about 2 hours, enjoyed pleasurable sensations and then finished off in the usual way but then fell asleep with it inserted. I was suprised to find it still inside when I woke up 7 hours later! Subsequent times when I left it inserted, I woke with a senation of being in the middle of emptying my bowel, panicked, found the helix still safely in place and extracted it without incident.

The last time I used it nocturnally though, I woke at 4:30 am experiencing (or coming out from experiencing) the leg/abdomen shaking that other users are commenting on now, although at the time (a week ago) I didn't recognize what was happening as I was more concerned about checking for possible soiling.

All part of the re-wiring, I guess.

Best//Henry

I've only had the helix 3 days but already had some pretty amazing experiences - whether mini O's or super O's - I’m not really sure, and don’t really care! My tips (which may or not work for you are):

1. As recommend by others, adopt the position - on your knees with your head and chest on the bed (a relaxed doggy style you could say).

2. Concentrate on your voluntaries – no more than 50% AND keep them consistent, just try and attain a rhythm. You will probably need to spend at least 10 -15 minutes doing this.

3. The involuntaries may then come. If they don’t, spread your butt cheeks with both hands. This should get them going – try and stay relaxed and focus on what your body is doing.

Things may then get very interesting….
