Great tips for a good lifestyle, but not fundamental for a super-o. I don´t want to downplay your tips (they are great for a overall better life) but beginners could be overwhelmed if they would see them as a necessity. It´s very important for a successful aneros session that you let it happen. That you simply let go. But i see the possibility that new users do your tips religiously because they see them as a necessity, and the whole process turns out to be too technical.
I never had a healthy diet (i´m not fat, i can eat pizza, burger etc. without gaining weight), i never did a special breathing technique, i never meditated and i rarely do sports (if you can see riding bycicle once a week as sports 😀 ). I have atleast 5 a-less multi-orgasms per day. Yes, it could be just me (everybody is different) but i don´t think there are important steps except letting go (relax and see what feelings you have), enjoying, lowering the expectations and being thankful for even the tiniest feeling. If you realized that (the whole aneros journey is a thought process), a super-o can grow from it.
